A Day At The Park
I should be working on my TT intro, but....
About this creation
I wanted to post this before the new year! :D

Just your basic park setting. Enjoy!

A shot of the whole MOC.

A bird eating breadcrumbs thrown by an elder gentleman.

The path/flowers along with the man feeding the bird. :)

Me and my friend Jonny playing catch.

A man selling ice-cream to the kid(dies).

And the TREE!! It's really huge, and I think it's my most textured tree yet. (Ignore the lack of roots please...)

Anoother shot of the path. It's really pretty IRL. Trust me. ;)

A girl playing in the tire pit. Eli Wilsea (I spell that right?) made up the gravel technique.

The teeter totter. (and it really moves. :P)

Sorry for the junky pic, the colors wouldn't come out right for some reason. :|

Young lad enjoying the slide. (You can tell by the look on his face)

One of my favorite parts: The playhouse! It's based off of my tree-house, and several playhouses I've played in/on.

Cheese slope roof. Happy Brick Boy? ;)

It's even got a telescope! :D

And who doesn't like climbing the net?

Without the figures.

Crazy cat tribalman is crazy. :P

Thanks for Looking! Leave a Like/Comment! ;)
Soli Deo Gloria!

Really nice! I like how the tires are "imbedded" into the gravel. Nice path and....who doesn't like those net climbing things?! Great details everywhere!

A great scene! The trees, the hedge and the tires are my favorites! But that climbing fort with the netting is wonderful too! :)

Quoting Cheryl P I agree with Brick. Not enough city builds. Mocpages is over run with castles. Your park is terrific, I like the play house. The tires are a hoot.
Haha, Thanks Cheryl! Brick was actually saying how people disregard city builds as childish but he thinks they're wrong. :) Thanks Again!

Quoting Grant Davis Oh yeah, I think Eli Willsea was the one to come up with the gravel pattern, which was then just adopted by chris: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/371294 Hence Chris saying he will use that in the future...
Oh, ok. Thanks! :)

I actually disagree with Hahli, I think the tree looks great. Plates are the way to go with trees, and it being huge is pretty sweet.

Quoting ~ Brick Awesome work David! Glad you decided to post this as a whole MOC;) I think more of this city-ish stuff really has a bad name because of LEGO city. I mean, everyone always think's city is for kids...but this proves it all wrong. It's a great city based MOC, with some many realistic details! That roof ain't to shabby either;) And for some reason, I've recently been ranting with long comments:P ~Brick
Haha, I like big comments on my stuff! :P Thanks man. :)
Quoting Reynolds . Nice work, David! I haven't seen you in a while ;)
Indeed, it's been a while. Welcome back! And thanks. ;)
Quoting Halhi 141 Pretty nice, but I don't really like the tree. If it were in a forest, the trunk size would be fine, but since it's not it seems too big, and I'm not a fan of the color blending. Other than that, looks great!
Yeah, I totally see what you mean. Thanks though! :D
