Through the Cross
It is through the Cross that we have been saved: saved from judgement, and saved from our wretchedness that we may be called children of God.
About this creation
I will divide this into two parts: the first with pictures, where you can admire the architecture of the MOC, and the second a commentary on the theological message I wished to convey.

Looking up, we see the Cross towering over our weakness and brokenness.

The foreground of this MOC is a haphazard mess of pieces: our sin and brokenness. Before God we are but filthy rags, and we could never hope to attain perfection save for the Cross.

The Cross in this MOC is a ladder reaching down from Heaven. It allows us to climb up and away from sin and to reach the eternal glory of God (represented by the bright yellow piece).

A close-up of the Cross.

A close-up of the pieces which I randomly placed on the bottom of the MOC.

--COMMENTARY--
The Cross is the symbol of Christianity. In the time of Jesus, it was a symbol of torture and judgement. Criminals who broke the law and committed heinous crimes were tied to a cross to die a slow and painful death. With Jesus' death on the cross, all our sins were paid for. With the Cross, God absolved the judgement of sin and his righteous wrath upon us. We are free to live righteously by the grace that was conveyed through the Cross.
Many nod at the Cross and agree that we have been saved by grace. But many still stop at that stage without thinking further.
There are two sides to sin: first, the righteous judgement of God that will convict us of sin, which has been paid for by the Cross. Second, the effects of sin on ourselves. Paul says in Romans that we should not wallow in our sin simply because there is no judgement, for we have become slaves to righteousness.
The Cross has indeed provided a pathway for us to be reconciled with God and his glory. But with the grace that has been given to us, it is also our duty to make the best of this grace and walk towards righteousness, for the glory of God. Let us not stop at the Cross and turn back to the brokenness below. Let us look up the Cross and see the glory of God shining through.
