Nestor, Toa of Plantlife
My entry to round 4 of the Bionicle Mocing Challenge.
About this creation
Name: Nestor
Gender: Male
Species: Bo-Matoran
Element: Plantlife, shadow
Affiliation: Makuta(formerly)
Kanohi: Mask of Emulation
Weapons: Sword, claws
Bio: Nestor was originally a matoran on an island, and enjoyed exploring the unknown. He and some friends went to explore an ancient temple that the Toa on the island protected. Once they had slipped past the Toa, it did not seem like it's traditional temple. The stones had changed from gray to pitch black and occasionally there were vats lining the walls. As the continued to go deeper into the temple, they encountered a pedestal with a small box on it. Once he picked it up, the bottom opened, and a Toa stone fell out. At that instant, a rahkshi of shadow appeared and killed two of the Matoran. As the rahkshi rampaged it caused the ceiling to collapse due to it's elemental power. Nestor was trapped under the rubble, the Toa stone just inches away, and inches away from the stone was the rahkshi, also trapped under the rubble. Nestor heard his friends cry out for help, and he thought that the stone would help him save his friends. As Nestor began to reach for the stone, the rahkshi's kraata emerged and began to crawl towards him. Nestor grabbed the stone and closed his eyes. When he opened them, he was a Toa, and the kraata was leaping towards him. Then he blacked out. When he reawakened, he felt different, he had more power, and he felt rage. Using his powers over plantlife, he lifted the rubble and found his friends, and killed them. He left the island looking for the Makuta.

That is all. For this moc, I am really proud of his torso design because it is one I haven't used before. I was stuck on the lower legs, but I think that turned out pretty well. There are no blue pegs on him, and I've almost got rid of all the light gray on him, except in the places where those pieces weren't made in black or lime green. I personally like the results.

Quoting Mohamed Marei I quite like this one. NPU in some areas, creative, sleek and efficient. I score highly only when I feel I need to, and for this one, I'm giving you a well-earned 20. Very well done. Best of luck!
Thanks!

You have done it! A lime colored Toa that doesn't look like all the others!

Very nice, solid build. Definitely captures the dark (spiky!) side of plant life. Very well crafted.

Just glad to see another entry that's not all black.
