Interbus Shuttle pod

The Interbus Shuttle pod serves as a 1 man intergalactic transport method. Although it is a small vessel, it's fast and warp-capable. It's humble size makes it hard to target and lock on, giving the shuttle the necessary time to warp out of sticky situations.
About this creation

Interbus is an intergalactic transport company in the world of EVE. Here's a link to the bigger Interbus Shuttle. The Shuttle pod is a smaller version provided for personal transportation between solar systems. Whereas the regular Shuttle has a capacity for several people and is able to hold 10m2 of cargo, the Shuttle pod can only carry the pilot and a minor set of personal luggage. The Shuttle's engine is adjustable, making it agile and easy to control. It can be put into warpspeed, extending it's reach into other galaxies. When the pilot reaches destination, the engine and sensor array turn vertically. The door on the side opens and serves a landing strut, giving it stability. The canopy can be opened, providing easy access to the pilot.

Cockpit

Inside layout. Main and auxiliary controls, a fire extinguisher and a small trunk for personal items.

Main bits separated, the linking happens with two pins.

Flyby!

Thanks for watching!

Wow, this model is compact and has an amazing amount of details throughout the build. The yellow color scheme has always looked nice on Lego sets. I also noticed your creative use of two hockey player helmets.

That's no bad idea at all! I'll keep it in mind and maybe add an extension ;)
Quoting Tuskano Raidaro Hmm... maybe not a cab. Would need to have a spot for a passenger. Or the cab driver can be the a ship AI and then I guess you wouldn't need any controls. Or with it already being linkable, you could make a passenger module or something :D

Quoting Thomas of Tortuga Great details on the cockpit controls, as well as the rest of the ship! It almost looks half-retro with the finials at the front, and half-futuristic with the asymmetrical design!
Thanks Thomas!

Quoting Stuart Lucas I love the futuristic asymmetry of this design! Great angles and curves all over, and very imaginative piece usage, particularly on the engine pod.
