Quoting jin tzd Right now I'm using the Exo-Force balljoints (the ones with bricks and BIONICLE balljoints), and the pistons, as you mentioned.
Cool. I look forward to seeing it should you decide to upload the model.

Quoting jin tzd .. Truly amazing. I wanted to build this for real, until I realised that the arm joints and hip joints aren't feasible. The ball turrets can't take axles, and the whole model is probable going to be very, very heavy. ...hopefully I can figure out a strong enlightened connection for the arms and hips.
You might try reinforcing the joints with the technic pieces used in the knee and elbow joints. Mount them so they have enough swivel room. That may work.

So now I'm asking whether I could mod your ldd's a 'lil bit, and hopefully I can figure out a strong enlightened connection for the arms and hips. If I ever do build Crimson Typhoon or Cherno Alpha, credit goes to you since you designed them anyway...
You are welcome to change anything you need. When I built it I knew the joints wouldn't work, but seeing as it was only LDD I didn't worry much on stability.

Quoting Alex Rode Which one's next? Cherno? Imagine the Tacit Ronin in bricks!
You guessed right. I'm working on Cherno right now. Not sure which is next after though. As for Tacit Ronin, I'm sure it would be awesome in bricks.

Quoting Alex Rode I'm here again, but this time I'm confounded. This is a mind-blowing model, and it has 3 likes. I find that simply disappointing. You are sooo talented to just keep on going man . . . Well done. Oh, and I love the plasma cannon.
Thank you. I appreciate the support. This is how things usually go for me, though, having to use LDD. But regardless, I don't plan on stopping.

Quoting Alex Rode . . . I am speechless. I mean, seriously, this is perfectly accurate, and even though it's a smaller one, you packed in immense detail which made an overall phenomenal look. This is the best Lego Crimson Typhoon yet, bar none. You've made the Wei triplets proud. Well done man!
Thank you very much. I just wish I had the pieces to make a real set.
