About this creation

Credit goes to Halhi for the idea - thanks!!!

My entry to Caleb's 4x4 Contest.
Caleb's 4x4 Contest Group
Matt Bace, my fantastic opponent
Category - Battle of the Minds.

Here I show Vizzini and the Man in Black (Westley) starting their battle of the wits. From Princess Bride. I would have stacked it higher; I didn't have enough space. I would have included the princess, too, but I didn't have the space. I like how I did Westley, but not so much Vizzini. Overall, I'm not very proud of it, but I know as a fact, if I worked more at it, it would've only gotten worse :D And also, I've decided to enter my BBG R2 entry for fun.

I love the figures, but your opponent managed a better build, and thought of the idea himself!

Quoting Matt W. I love this movie, but you don't have my vote! Srry man, just not better than Matt's.... Cool MOC tho!
Thanks Matt! I think I had a good run in the contest. Watch out for a castle . . . heheh . . .

Thank you for the feedback and for notifying me about the link. (To be honest, I've got a big castle project on the go, so 4x4 is on the back burner. If I get voted out, oh well, I've got something pretty cool in the make!)

You were definitely clever with this scene choice! Though I feel that more could have been done with it. Besides the build, the lighting and pictures in general could be improved as well (brighter pictures and centering of some of the photos) Still, the midi figures are quite nice. Unfortunately the build itself is not quite there for me, so your opponent has my vote. Good luck with the other judges! ~FNJ (note: the link to your opponent's homepage doesn't work - I should have mentioned that when I commented earlier)

It took me a while to figure out what there legs were. Once I did, the while MOC looked much much better :P That's a scale I don't think I have seen before!

Great job, Alex, especially on Westley -- he is very recognizable, even at this micro scale. And this is definitely a great subject for the category. Best of luck.

Thanks guys! @Stephen: Yes, I wish that too. Sadly, the skill's not there for me :( If it was, say, Caleb's 6x6 contest, different story. Thanks for the awesome feedback!

Pretty nice! I wish, just somehow, it was more recognizable. The only reason I know what this scene is is because you told us. And it's Wesley. Nice work!
