I woke up. The first thing I noticed was that I still had my Quiver, but it was empty, and that my bow was missing. The second thing I noticed was that I was sitting in a cramped room with white walls and no windows.

I let out a cry as I noticed something else: I was sitting on a wire frame, and under the wire frame were lots of spikes!

I immediately decided that the room was not very nice, and tried the door. Instead of opening, however, I was just suddenly standing outside the very same door.

"Aaaaaah!" I cried out as I saw my surroundings.

"Aaaaaah!" I cried out again as I saw that there were pink flowers, cups and blue horse heads everywhere.

"Aaaaaah!" I cried again when I turned back to the door and saw that it was staring at me from a very alive looking eye.

Suddenly I was inside again. But this time someone else was there: A man in a wizard's hat and garb. And he was laughing. Really hard.
"What!?" I demanded. But he kept laughing.
He laughed for a full ten minutes, until tears ran from his eyes and he started coughing. Then he gathered himself.
"What was that about?" I asked.
"The look on your face!" He cried out, and started giggling again. "Priceless!"
I frowned. "Well, you would react similarly if you suddenly found yourself in the middle of a fairyland."
"A fairyland!" He burst out laughing again. He kept on laughing, making hardly understandable comments in between gasps for breath.

You can probably figure I got impatient. Finally, he laughed so loud that I slapped him.
"Oi!" He cried. "That is no way to treat the man who saved you life!"
"Saved my Life? … " I mumbled.

And in a flash, I remembered.

I was speechless. For several minutes, I stared at the wizard. Then I said, in the hopes that this time he would not burst into tears laughing: "Where am I?"
"Why, you are in Worsan, my boy! In the house right next to the tavern where you stayed yesterday night."
"But when I went outside–" I stuttered.
"An illusion, my boy. A practical joke. I was playing tricks with your mind."
I frowned when he called me "boy", and even more so when he said "practical joke." Seeing my frown, he said: "I'll grant you a wish to repay you."
without hesitating, I said: "Give me a new bow and dagger, and fill up my quiver with arrows." Then, as an afterthought, I added: "And I'd like one golden coin. Who knows when I might need it."
"Granted" the wizard said. and as he did, everything I had wished for appeared: a new bow, a new dagger, and the gold coin. And my quiver became heavy with the weight of arrows tipped with the purest and sharpest of metals.
"Thank you!" I exclaimed. "For saving me, and for the new weapons."
"You're welcome!" he called after me as I went out the door, which opened this time. "I'll never forget your expression when you visited 'fairyland'!"
I pretended I didn't hear the last part as I exited.

This time, when I went outside, I was back in the streets of Worsan. It was true: I had come out of the house right next to the tavern where I had stayed the night before today.
The first thing I noted was that there were fewer people in the street. Maybe it was just because it was a Sunday and most people were at church or having trips with their families, but I doubted that.

Then I noticed that almost all the people outside were carrying weapons and I immediately knew why the streets were so empty: They had found the eleven dead bodies of the Black Lotus assassins whom I had fought the last night. They were scared, or at least more cautious than usual.

Pushing the matter aside, I wandered into a side alley, wondering what to do next. Why had I traveled all the way to Worsan anyways? Because I was longing for adventure. But now I missed my home up north in Bodus.I pushed aside that matter, too, when I turned the corner.

I was facing a small man dressed entirely in purple, with a strangely golden head.
"Are you Qinon, the Dark Ranger?" he asked.
I nodded.
"I was sent by one of the higher positioned outlaws of the outlaw organization to hand something over to you."

The strange man whipped out a letter. Without another word, he turned and left.

I opened up the letter and read:
To Qinon, Ronin Outlaw.
It has come to the attention of your senior outlaws that we are in need of an agent in the pirate band of Enalica. You are chosen to be this agent.
You are to find out about a ship and board it. A meeting has been arranged with an Enalican on the road outside of the city. He should give you all the needed information if you pay him right.
You will not be paid anything for this position because you will most probably get your share of the treasure every time you raid a village or so. You are to report to us whenever you are in a larger port town and able to sent word, and tell us of Enalica's actions. Remain discreet and do not give yourself away. Your senior Outlaws are counting on you.
Greetings, –––––––––

The name at the bottom was scrawled sloppily and crossed out several times, so that, if the letter was intercepted, nobody would know who those senior outlaws were.

After I finished reading, a grin spread over my face. This was the beginning f a career, something to actually do with my life. In the back of my mind, the though of Taur, Natilus and Schrazcss was lurking, but I pushed it aside. this was no time to be sad. I wandered back to the inn. Tomorrow I would meet the Enalican. And then a new chapter of my life would begin.

Bonus Pictures:

Somebody "painted" the logo of enalica there… In other words, I ran out of red bricks. :P

The whole layout. Sorry for the backdrop on that pic.

A sneak peak at another project for the 2013 builder Triathlon . It's not Mythron, but you should really check my project out when it is posted. I think it is my very best so far. The best thing I have ever made.

Anywho, I just reused the Worsan layout from the previous moc. And then I made that strange small cottage. I didn't really put a lot of effort into that. Just a quick finish. My spy rank moc is coming soon. This was just the lead-up. ;)

I hope you enjoyed it!

Quoting Freeling ++ Those black Lotus Assassins that you killed were just Pawns. c:
Granted. But they were dangerous, nonetheless. And I killed eleven of them... The Black Lotus love grudges.

Quoting Freeling . I looked back on this. I'm sorry for being so blunt about this earlier. It's actually a nice build. But the purple outlaw had me deeply confused.
I can understand why it did. I should have had somebody else give me the letter... :P. But that purple guy just never gets used. :P

Quoting Kai Bernstein Nice; I like the "fairyland" and the "painted" wall. The buildings could use some texturing, though.
Thanks! I kind of didn't have enough bricks for a more medieval-colored town and not enough smaller colored bricks to texture the buildings. Thats why they look very plain.

Quoting Halhi 141 I agree with freeling, the style of the buildings (and colors) look far too modern. The skull design is pretty good though.
As I said before, it's a coast town that explains the colors. The rest is just my lack of pieces. :( I did work hard on that skull though… I'm glad people like it. :D

Quoting Caleb of Enalica I'm not sure what freeling meant, because this MOC was really good. Aside from that one purple guy, this was great! That skull was fabulous, and I love the corner of that one room in the last picture, it looks great!
The purple guy didn't fit anything I was making, so I put him in. I could probably explain him by saying that he came from some strange cult where wearing purple is required, but that would just sound weird… =P

Quoting Freeling . Uh... So the Outlaws are Gangsters dressed in purple? That's pretty much all I got from this MOC. And also this doesn't have a medieval feel to it at all.
As I said, it was just a little quick project to cap off the series. The small moc is an illusion, and the big one a port town, hence the sense that it doesn't really feel medieval.

Quoting Harry Wilkinson Gah! This is an outrage! *mumbles something about "Them darn spies" and walks off*
my next rank requires me to. I sort of can't help it if I want to develop my character. :P
