2013 Builder Triathlon: Round 1: The unexpected lunch accident
Well, the theme I chose was: Blowing Up Buster: Show a scientific experiment going horribly wrong; with the result being an explosion! It could be anything from modern day science, or it could be from Ancient Egypt! You decide the timeline! So, I decided to make a science lab that had something to do with a monster. Well, that turned out to be a rat, but I think it turned out okay!
About this creation

In the science lab...

Bob, the newly hired scientist, was working on a highly classified project...

While Steve was looking at the life- style of rat...

Then Bob asked Steve if he could have a lunch break. Steve said that it was okay, but he needed to study more about the rat.

Not knowing where to sit...

...He decided to sit on the toxic wastes containers...

...But he accidentally Farted!...

...And the containers blew up!

...Surprised, Steve...

...Fell on the...

..."Hit me!" button...

...Which mutated the rat into a giant monster...

...But, for some reason, the monster blew up into a bunch of flower petals!

Figures

Explosion

Not bad, but I think that if you had spent more time on it then it could be much better. Good luck.

That really made me laugh! The explosion is kind of… blocky. :P I really like the mutated rat. I also like the science control pad and the rat-observing-station. The rest is kind of plain though… Still, good job!

Quoting Zach Lucia An insane fart-bomb-lab-rat monster? WE ARE OFF TO A GOOD START! Randomness is the mother of invention. Now the constructive critisism. The rat is awesome! The lab not so much. There isn't as much detail as I would have put in it. I would also have spiced up the fart a little more. Good luck! ~Zach
I do agree about not having a lot of details, but when I think of a science lab, I think of a nice clean white wall.

Cool! Good job on the monster! Although, the explosion could use a little work, but the story brings the build up!
