Ford F-450 Downtown Hospital NYC
Here is my newest creation. My first try of a 5 wide Ford F-450 chassis with a 6 wide body. The Ambulance is a Braun Express Type 3 from the Downtown Hospital New York. They did'nt use the Ford F chassis but i decided to use this nice paint scheme for my version. All stripings and chevrons are made with reflective vinyl, stickers are selfmade as usual. Some new features on this one: 5 wide chassis with interior, new front bumper and grill (chrome parts are made with stickers), opening doors and interior in the body. Also added a new stretcher prototype. I hope you like this new model. Thanks for watching, have fun.
About this creation

The new stretcher prototype with foldable wheels.

Interior of the cab with seats, gear stick, steering wheel. Too bad that no figure will fit in there ;)

Quoting Emil Storm
Hey Emil, no problem that you use a bit of the other stretcher design. I agree with you, he had some nice ideas. But his acting wasn't fair... But what of it... ;) Yeah your idea sounds really good and i hope that you are able to build it. Good luck with that project. Btw, can't wait to see the stretcher and the ambulance interior ;) I'm sure it will be great.

Also I hope to be able to upload some pictures of my own ambulances one day, I have some interiors that could save you a lot of space in there:)

Thanks a lot for that extra photo:) the idea I had was to combine your original top some of that kids bottom. I hate to say it, but he did have a good idea there. My thought was to do the "1x2 plate with a bar" that the wheels are attached to opposed to each other with a gap in the middle, and then just one "robot arm" for each sort of crossing each other in the middle to make the wheels go outwards. I believe this would allow the stretcher to be lowered just a tiny bit more, but it is just based on looking at the photo. Again I hope this makes sense, and I hope I have the little bit of time it would take to build it someday soon....

Quoting Tyler McClellan How did you make that front grill piece.
Pretty easy. It's a 2x2 flat tile and a 1x2 flat tile. Fixed on the front and decaled by me with chrome vinyl.

Quoting Emil Storm Hi Sven, it is nice to be led back to your creations, totally by chance:) I stumbled across the other guy that hmm.. Was inspired by your stretcher:) and followed the trail back to this beauty! I like your design a whole lot, and would like to take inspiration in this and sort of make a mix between the 2. It is a little hard to tell on your picture, but is each set of wheels held by 1 of those "robot arms" so they cross over in the middle, or 2 and the go outwards? Hope you know what I mean:)
The other guy... hmm... LOL ;) This is a really cool comment. Well, feel free to use the design of mine. No problem ;) Added a picture of the stretcher, so you can see the mechanism and how it folds. Hope this will help you.

Oh guys, thank you so very much ;) This makes me really happy! @BadGuyXD Yes it fits in this Ambulance with a figure on it. But a five bricks high interior would be better because then you have a bit more space. ;) Thank you again buddies :)

Thought you may want to know, Adam posted a almost exact copy of your stretcher design as HIS prototype for MCEMS....I decided against commenting but I felt you should know since there was no credit given. Here's a link: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/379802 But again, this is a very nice ambulance. :)

Quoting Alex B Hey buddy! Nice ambulance, all the chrome is really outstanding. I do agree with Nick that bigger wheels would be better. I think just the front ones would need to be bigger. :) Nice work overall!
Hey my friend, nice that you stopped by and commented my newest Ambulance. Thanks alot. Yeah i know the wheels could be bigger but i have only 2 studs width space. So the most other wheels won't fit in there. Hope i can found a nice solution for using bigger wheels ;)
