About this creation
They lived beyond the city wall, where people were kinder. Toothless, Armless and Sticking his Neck Out lived in a cave beyond the lake and travellers came from far and wide to seek their advice.

Where are they, I could use some advice right about now! These guys are weirdly wonderful. Tremendous character built in. Almost introverted in an empathetic, relatable way. Excellent! BTW love David's poem.

This relatively simple build is made so complex by your short description. Superb work. It made me feel quite melancholy, though I can imagine the three Outsiders finding small moments of joy in their life outside the Walls. It brought to mind Mervyn Peake's poem, "Sensitive, Seldom and Sad", which was made for children but provokes so much thought, just like this build. http://thedabbler.co.uk/2012/01/sensitive-seldom-and-sad-by-mervyn-peake/

They're all spectacularly distinct yet a like to each other in many ways. I like how they have the same concept and colors, and how they look different from each other. Great work as always, I especially like the armless one on the right.

Quoting Topsy Creatori (StoveTopCreator!) Who is who? To me Aimless is the one with no arms/hands. I guess I see myself in him. I have had an idea for a build, it has been my aim to build it, and yet I never begin it! :)
He's armless rather than aimless, but being armless might make you aimless; better ask Stick My Neck Out, he risks these sort of questions.

Great work, David. Love the back story. I like yours better than the one I suggested on Flickr;) The names gave me a good chuckle. I love the coloring and the one on the right gives me the impression that he only gives good advice if he can keep his temper in check.

Quoting clayton Marchetti David you need to lay off the sauce! Tabasco is really effecting your work? :-) ha ha . I like the little one she's cute . You never cease to amaze with your creations and back stories! Awesome
I'm considering a couple of off the wall Lego narrative pieces, we'll see where I can push things.

Did I mention that I was going to make a Robot chef for my new ship that is like that on the CS Explorer, but with a dress? Keep an eye out for that. I'm adding you as a contact on my gmail as well. -Commander Cold

Quoting Commander Cold Impressive. You always seem to make the most of your bricks, while I waste them. Wow. That was a little self-depricating.
Hey don't be so hard on yourself. I remember you got a lot out of hundred pieces during the classic space pocket money contest.

These are a few table scraps that seemed to survive despite themselves.
