2010 Oshkosh Striker 4500. The rig has a 1950 gpm pump, 4500 gallons water, 300 gallons AFFF, 450 lbs Purple K.
About this creation

Rescue 991 is stationed at ARFF 93, and is the newest Striker to see service at Riverwoods. The odd numbered ARFF vehicles are at 93, the evens at 94. This rig was originally delivered with a blue and white stripe scheme (http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/269604).

Rescue 991 is staffed by one FF/Engineer. All of the airport Striker's contain BLS EMS gear as they are a last resort for EMS response. All structural rigs are ALS equipped.

This is the first public release of my slightly adjusted and updated take on a Striker. i changed the cab front slightly, raised the chassis and the rearend. The most visible change is the additional details added to the Snozzle...some of which will be more visible when 993 gets posted.

HOW DID YOU GET THAT FRONT?????
  March 17, 2014
Hey, I just want to ask, what would it cost to get my hands on one? Like if I pay you in advance and you order the pieces, or I get one of the originals. If you could, email me at jadwel07@yahoo.com Thanks, Jadon

Quoting jadon weidemann Ok this is the best rig i have ever seen on MOC pages so far in my opinion. the front is amazing by the way, also did you use custom pieces for the cab or are those stock pieces? cause i am needing 2 new strikers for my ARFF dept.
Thank you! Everything but the windshield are stock pieces. The windshield are stock parts customized to obtain the look of the Striker because LEGO doesn't make anything that looks like it. The closest you can get isn't close enough.

Quoting Matt Bace There are so many firetruck MOCs on MOCpages that I often find myself subconsciously tuning them out, but this one is pretty special. I really like the clean, modern styling. Great job!
Thanks Matt! That says a lot, esp since I see you don't design fire apparatus. But you have some great builds yourself!

Quoting Henrik Hoexbroe The model is really good, but all the tecnical abreviations in the text detracts from the overall presentation, as I have no idea what they mean, but would like to be able to understand what the prototype is able to do... ;-)
Thanks! Can pump up to 1950 gallons per minute (gpm). The water tank holds 4500 gallons of water, a separate tank holds 300 gallons of foam, to mix with the water. And there is 450 pounds of a dry chemical extinguishing agent known as Purple K, that really is purple in color.
