The Poem: Mid-Term Break

The whole build. I have to say I wasn't that happy with it as my other ones.

This is the section that depicts the beginning of the peom. Seamus Heaney, the author and the main character of the poem sits in his college sick bay after finding out his four year old brother has died.

The middle section and lower story of the house shows the scene when Seamus arrives home to find his dad crying on the steps and people in his house visiting. (Dress technique by Ian Spacek)

The top story depicts the scene where Seamus goes up to the room where his brother is laying in his coffin box thing.

Figless! Notice the grandfather clock behind the armchair. Every room has a clock. They each show different times to show that the events happened at different times.

I liked how this room turned out, I'm especially pleased with the curtains.

Quoting A. Sargent This is really fantastic. Best entry of yours yet, IMO, like Halhi. Excellent job, and congratulations, for I'm assigning my first 5 here. :)

I actually disagree with you, IMO this is your best entry yet! You really stepped out of your comfort zone here, and city is always a hard theme to build in, but you did a fantastic job. All the furniture and little details are fantastic, but my favorite has to be the clocks - just brilliant.
