Dukes of Hazzard
About this creation
Here is another 2 for 1 model pack, the General Lee and one of Rosco's police cars. They're both 10 wide, and I was able to go studless too. The General was a tough build. Getting the front end, taillights, and roof to look right was a pain. I'm very happy with the results. The flag on the roof isn't great, but it's the best I could come up with, without adding too many layers.

The General Lee

Rosco's police car wasn't too difficult. I think the hardest part was deciding which one to replicate. He's had some different styles over the years.

Thanks Matt. I've been having a lot of fun with these vehicles. I'm also enjoying the work Clayton's been doing.
Quoting matt rowntRee Wow! You managed to pack a ton of detail in a ten wide. Both of them! Love the hood, took me a bit to figure it out. Clever. And Roscoe's Monaco is perfect! Starfish = Genius. Stellar builds there John! I love the fact that both you and Clayton spatially think in the same direction. It's always a joy to see both of you tackle similar iconic cars. Keep 'em coming. Oh, and Gadzooks them Dukes! ;)

Thanks Clayton. I've gotten pretty good at brick built numbers. Lots of practice. Yeah, that cop car seemed the most recognizable from the show. The light bar was a bit of a stretch, but that's one of the things I love about LDD. Any piece, any color. Looking forward to your versions.
Quoting clayton Marchetti Fantastic John! The general lee looks awesome I love the rebel flag and the brick built 01 . The front grill looks perfect and so does the rear . Love the interior . This is the funny part , out of all the cars they used you picked the dodge Monaco! Thats the same one I built! I love the use of a gold starfish on the side brilliant . Love the front grill. Great interior i was thinking of making the light bar the same way but those parts don't come in trans red and blue bummer. Excellent ,I can just hear Roscoe now "them dukes them dukes "
