He sits, waiting for prey. And when the prey comes, he strikes, fast as lightning: Qinon, the Lost Ranger.
Qinon sits by a River. A wagon comes around a bend and starts to drive by him.
The hired guard of the wagon sees the Ranger and stops. The farmer stops his horse and turns toward Qinon as well.
"What goes, hunter?", The guard asks.
The farmer grumbles something about a waste of time.
The "hunter" jumps up from his seated position. Half a second later an arrow buries itself in the Guard's chest.
Another second later a knife lands in the Farmer's midriff.
Then he wades through the river.
With the two disabled, the Ranger takes hold of whatever he can find of worth in the wagon. It is a chest filled with some of the most valuebale things a farmer can posess: A few golden coins and two candleholders.
The Ranger takes the chest, leaving no way to find out who performed this crime.
A view of the wagon. Sorry about the bad picture.
