At long last the Rainosian adventurers can explore the outpost...
About this creation
Following a hasty decision at a banquet in Falmore where the fruit juices flowed freely, a band of Rainosian warriors decided to explore a haunted ruin. This is my portion of a collaborative series of MOCs undertaken by the worthy builders from Rainos in the Lands of Mythron known as Steven, Gormeing, Harek Russel, and Rego Arian... Or Gilbert Despathens, Night Reaper, Mister Lego ~, and Toa Infernum on the rest of MOCpages.

Follow this link to watch the video. The MOCpages uploader doesn't like my device, but I managed to upload the video to YouTube. Any helpful tips are appreciated, both on animation and uploading videos.

While I'm playing around, enjoy this map of Rainos with all major and minor cities labeled in Anglo-Saxon letters.

For once, this page is not a about my Lego building skill. This one revolves around my proficiency with technology or my lack thereof, including three iPad applications and a Google account. My next builds will be better, I promise.

pretty good! until the fight...then, you should have stopped writing, and just concentrate on the action, as it went too fast, I could nt see what was going on, I for my part, prefer writing to some kid s voice, it s more convincing, I liked the music, it carried the mood well.

Quoting Caleb R So in my honest opinion. The build was great, I liked it. But the animation was very lacking. The fps was low, the music was jumping around, there was no sound effects or voices, and not much happened. Sorry, not trying to be harsh or mean, but I feel like you could do better. Some positive sides to the video where that the build was great, the lighting was steady, it DID have music, and it was at least narrated to help you the viewer understand what was going on. If this is your first stop motion, it's not terrible, but just spend more time on the animation next time. It seemed like you wanted to have an animation without actually taking the time to take a couple hundred (if not thousand) pictures. But again, there where positive sides to this, I'm not trying to bash you, just trying to help you improve =)
Thanks - comments like this are the best that anyone could give me. I think you read the situation pretty well (I did not spend enough time on this), and I'll try to do it right next time with a proper soundtrack, ten whole FPS (the maximum speed for my software) and a decent plot. Is that everything? Oh, yes - I'm not up for dialogue, at least not yet... And I'm not likely to have the time to do an in-depth project for a good while.

Quoting Toa Infernum Wow Gilbert! That's awesome! Great editing on the first pic and the video was great! Love the curved floor! The only thing is the text moves a little fast without saying who's saying what. What do I need to build for this again? Great job Gilbert! :D
The bit after the "To be Continued," if you please. I'll fix the text.

Quoting Caleb R I commented, but it appears that it is in moderation xD Oh, did you draw the picture yourself?
