I bought an NXT 2.0 set in January, and I've been playing around with it, so far I've made three things but I'm just posting the recent one.. It is tracked tri-pod of sorts. The point is that the plastic tracks slide on the surface so it can move forward and in 5 other directions (all three sides of the triangle and then on each of the corners). It can also turn around one of the tracks (using it as an axle). The movement is achieved through different combinations of the motors turning. I am programming it using Robot-c as I already have experience with the C programming language. If I manage to program it, a youtube video will follow up to this post (not very soon though). The basic structure consists of three legs and a sonar, but an extra touch sensor and a light sensor can be attached. Enjoy!
ha, ha, I knew you where up to something, neat contraption, very original, I can t wait until I have some time to meddle with mine, nxts are the most complex but, funniest lego parts ever, things we can do with them are just amazing, I ll follow your progress!
