The Lego Syndicate is full of characters. Here are many of them.
Roscoe Addams was the FBI's leading spy. He left after the agency after his superiors refused to attempt to capture the Kingpin, which Addams suspected was a result of a large bribe. After leaving, he immediately began to search for others with a similar cause as his and soon had a small group of people working under him in an effort to shut down the Syndicate.
The Kingpin is the leader of the mysterious crime ring known as "The Syndicate." Rumor has it his real name is Alphonso, but no one knows for sure. This elusive criminal has no fingerprint matches and the government has no files on him. His signature weapon is his golden pistol, which he always carries with him to show off his wealth and as a warning.
Dean Andrewson led the police department of Lego City for five years before being fired because of his unorthodox methods of apprehending criminals (something that usually involved a grappling hook). Addams found him wandering the sewers under Lego City looking for something to test his weapon on. He always wears a suit and a top hat.
Sam Maddox is Addams best friend...and a hot dog seller. Well, not really. He's an informant, and he travels all over Lego City pushing his hot dog cart to collect information for the team working against the Syndicate. Heavily muscled, Sam prefers his own strength to any weapon, but he does carry a pistol for emergency circumstances.
Emily Freeman has been a vigilante for five years. Her first contact with the Syndicate was when she witnessed a group of gangsters break in to the Palace Cinema. Knowing she had to do something, she locked them inside until the police arrived, catching the gangsters as they came out a window. She decided she would fight crime for the rest of her life and has become a master with her knives.
Parker Deadeye is a fourth-generation sniper in the Deadeye family. He earned a reputation working with the Italian police to shut down a large mafia joint. When he returned to the US to work, he met Addams, who recruited him to fight the Syndicate. A crack shot, Parker hardly ever misses with his customized sniper rifle.
