Odin Class Aerial Command Carrier
About this creation

It has been a while since I posted anything so I figured might as well introduce you all to the Odin.

The Odin Class is a high altitude warship capable of fielding entire strike groups. It has the ability to deploy:
6 M9A4 Juggernaut Heavy Tanks
24 M11 Achilles or M19 Myrmidons
40 XN-237 Hecatan Karas Arms Suits
and Just Over 1200 battle ready soldiers

The Flight wing consists of:
36 F-39 Talons
20 Phantasm/Nightmare Gunships

The Odin is the first ship capable of deploying the Hecatan Karas Arms Suit directly into the air. It does this through a kite like system. The system involves the Odin class dropping the suits out the cargo door on cables essentially towing them through the air for a short time to stabalize the suit. While the M9A4s are to heavy to be dropped from the ship it is capable of landing to deploy them via the cargo ramp. The Odin has 6 drop pod launchers for use with M19s Impact resistant sheds.

The Flight Wing is launched from 2 catapults near the bow of the ship. Capable of launching the entire wing of 36 F-39s in less than 10 minutes. All Aircraft including the XN-237s are recovered on the rear flight deck.

While its main purpose is that of a carrier the Odin does have quiet an extensive arsenal of weapons for bombardment and Ship-to-ship combat.
Total Armament:
10 Twin Mass Driver Batteries(8 of Which are capable of surface Bombardment
10 CIWS/Anti-Aircraft Missile batteries
8 4 Tube Cruise Missile launchers mounted on either side of the bridge.

4th wall:
I have been tinkering with this ship on and off for about 3 months or so. it just never felt completely right. I'm still not entirely happy with the underside but I cannot think of any way to get rid of the flat spot towards the aft and underneath the engine pods. As always any comments and criticism is welcome and highly valued

Quoting Rich Collins... 257th Wolf Nice work! Though it would be better if you included the LXF file so people could examine it in detail.
