Quoting Scott Bertaut Just saw Knight Rider 2000, wasn't that bad, but wasn't really good ether. The biggest problem is it didn't have enough action, quite a few explosions, but not a single Turbo Jump in the whole movie. That is like KITT't trademark move, you have to have that. KITT as a '57 Bel Air was pretty funny though. If I can make it through that movie, I'm sure I can watch the 2008 TV series, I'll let you know what I think of it. I still need to make my own KITT too!
Your right I forgot about that . I still don't know why they made that show. It didn't answer any questions . If they were trying to revive the show why make it so boring. Oh well , you'll probably like the 2008 version . KARR is a lot different . I can't wait to see your KITT !

Quoting Scott Bertaut OK, I will give the new series a try, but I will definitely stay clear of Knight Rider 2000. I don't think it is one of those things I could laugh at and it might make me like the original series less. Thanks for the advice!
Thanks again and you are welcome . Yeah it's one of those things you wish you could unsee :-)

Quoting Scott Bertaut I think the Trans AM fit KITT better, but this Mustang still looks pretty cool. Would you recommend I watch the new series? What about Knight Rider 2000?
I whole heartedly agree KITT is and should be a Trans Am . A lot of people did not like the new show but I enjoyed it . The KARR episode was cool . Knight Rider 2000 was painful . As I recall Michel had KITT in a suitcase through most of the movie . If you can see it for free it might be worth a laugh but don't pay for it . Plus you would kiss 1 1/2 hours of prime lego time good by :-). If you google it you could read the write up on Wikipedia.

Quoting Marc "Edge" R.unde Wonderful recreation of the car! Dunno why they chose a retro designed Mustang for the show, instead of a more futuristic looking car, but, oh well. Your work here, is awesome. No matter how good, or bad the show was! ~Marc

Quoting Joe Hammond I remember watching the new version and it being cheesy. Not gooq old fashioned quality 80's cheesy, something worse. And val kilmer voiced KITT if I remember correctly. Anyway the car looks great. Too bad you don't have a light brick to put in the hood and light up the KITT sensor in the front. Everything else is awesome.
Thanks Joe! Nothing like 80's cheese. You are correct Val voiced KITT

Quoting Todd Wilder Wow, this is just excellent, I especially like the rear bumper! I also agree with TLNA, though; if you could use a different slope (or even a hinge) for the side intakes, that would make it much better. I'll have to try a 6-wide version. Anyway great build! -Isaac W.
Thanks Isaac I'm going to tinker around with it and see what I can do

Oh yeah they are way too deep . If it weren't for the slope it would have been a breeze . I'll have to chew on that

Quoting TheLegoNoitAll . Excellent work! :-) Is there any way you can make the intake not as deep? It goes in too much for a Mustang, but that's my only complaint, excellent job Clayton! :-)
You mean the hood intake were the eye is ? You think it should be closer to the front?

It's michael's son Mike Traceur . It was a pretty good show . This car was built of nano bots so the car could transform . It had great special effects . Kitt could become another car a motorcycle ect. Thank you frank I'm glad you liked it
