The artificial sisters.
About this creation
BIO TIME!
Names: Volt and Blaze
Genders: Female
Species: Robot
Race: Artificial Toa
Elements: Lightning and Fire (both artificial)
Occupation: Working as Toa
Titles: Sis, Arty
Kanohi: Ruru, Mask of Night Vision
Alignment: Good
MOC Status: Both upgraded to V4, but you can check out V3 here.
Personalities: Both are always happy and cheerful, very eager to fight, and enjoy kicking evil's butt.
Bio: One day, the Toa Council thought it would be interesting to try and make a robot Toa. After many failed attempts, they finally got it right with "Codename: Spark", a.k.a. Volt. Seeing as Volt was a brilliant fighter and a great addition to the Toa, the Council decided to make another of her, but this time with the element being fire, as opposed to lightning, and she was also "flipped", meaning she was left handed instead of right and all that fun jazz. Because her element was fire, they named her Blaze. Of course, the two got along well, since they are technically the same person. They have been working in the same Toa team ever since.

So! Here they are.

Backs.

Here are their Power-arms, Blaze's Inferno-arm, and Volt's Electro-arm. The Inferno-arm is able to channel fire energy produced by Blaze's Power-Crystal (more on that later), and use it against foes. Same thing with the Electro-arm, just with electricity instead of fire.

Here are their weapons, Blaze's Burn-blade, and Volt's Jolt-blade. Both do the same thing as the Power-arms, just more powerful.

Action Pose!

Here are their Power-Crystals. Accessed by removing their...erm...chest...plates? With them being artificial Toa, they need some kind of power. These are what keep them alive. Remove these Crystals, and they die. Put them back in, and they're alive again. Oh, and sorry for Volt being a little blurry. My camera really hates me sometimes.

Oh? Look what came in the mail!

All right, time to say bye.
V: Bye everyone!
B: Bye everyone!

So, that's it for this MOC! If you liked it, please rate and comment, and feel free to take a look at some of my other MOCs! Oh, question of the day: which do you like better? Blaze or Volt?

Quoting Harry Gravett Sorry I saw the v2 and v3 the wrong way round ;) but I really see what you have improved on the v3, these are still good though :)
Thanks! Yeah, I agree, I like the V3s a lot more.

Quoting Ro Garcia Well these seems interesting, I like the power source design. However, for the forearms, I think you outta cover the matoran limb and socket part with small parts, make it look like it's armor cover, and cover up the part more.
Thanks! Yeah, I agree, I really want to keep working on that arm.

Quoting Everox Toa of Plasma Very Unique! Interesting Design, they looks pretty nice from the back, The grey matoran limbs looks a bit out of place, right out in the open like that. Maybe you could use ball joints instead? The chest plates look out of place also, It may be smart to think up a different chest design, or add more silver to the characters? Keep up the good work! :)
Thanks! Unfortunately, I am out of ball joints. I don't really have that many to begin with, but still, I am out. Also, with the chests, I was thinking about possibly changing Blaze's to either dark red or green. Green mainly because I already have one green Nuva shoulder piece. And then I would probably change Volt's chest to be dark blue. If I ever get those pieces off of Bricklink, you'll be sure that I'll swap them. I was also thinking of getting lightning pieces to put on Volt's arm.

Quoting Stormjay Rider Nice opposite-MOC (for lack of a better name). It seems you ditched the traditional BIONICLE fire colors to make more opposites. But, speaking of colors, I found that Lightning charactera in BIONICLE are (officially) Blue and White, so a Red and Black counter would be nice. Again, nice job.
Thanks! The reason why I didn't make Blaze red and black is mainly because I thought the dark red and dark green looked really good together. However, you could also say that the Toa Council didn't really care about the colors. :) But, you never know, I could very well change both of their color schemes.
