Ferrari 512M
The 512 M (the M stands for modified) is a direct descendant of the 512 S (also known as the Ferraris that are grossly overshadowed by the incredible Porsche 917 which was the dominant racecar of the day). As a result of race experience, Ferrari’s engineers brought in more powerful rear disc brakes and new suspension. The lighter, more powerful engine was also given new, higher efficiency cylinder heads while retaining the 512 S’s four valve per cylinder architecture. The bodywork was redesigned to make it lower and more aerodynamic. After its 1970 debut on the Zeltweg circuit, the 512 M took part in the Manufacturers’ World Championship in 1971.

Quoting Ape Fight Brilliant work, the exposed chassis tubes at the rear are off the charts! Excellent job on the body work too, it's not an easy car to get right and you've nailed it. 5 stars and welcome to Classic Race Teams. If you'd like this in a team on the group homepage let us know and we'll add it.
Thank you very much. I do believe that I'm part of NART, and they raced this car so it would be awesome to have it be on that team on the homepage.

Quoting Lego Builders Wonderful job! Yes I agree windshield should be more flush. The rims look fantastic as well. I'm hoping we'll meet at C&C - maybe we could bring our models one time to look at afterwards. :-) -LB Jr.
That sounds great! We'll have to figure that out when I'm back at school though.

Great job! Though that windshield needs to be positioned better. It looks too messy. you'll probably need shorter flex tube though...
