Hi all! Here is my new Rod creation, build essentially as an entry to "Tha Car Builders Contest Group"! ; )
An Old Racer from the 40's abandonned in a junkyard... Until Joey and Billy find it!!! Enjoy the kind of Diorama and story! ; )
About this creation
Joey an Billy: "Hi mens!"
Billy: "You can't trust what we found at the junkyard today..."
Joey: "We were searching for radiators, engine parts, lights, these kind of stuff for Rods..."
Billy and Joey: "And we found!.."
Billy: "A splendid Ford A from the 30's..."
Joey: "We can't assess the exact year due to the modifications it had! And 'cause we haven't the registration card" ; )
Billy: "OK, let start the checks!
At first: the front looks nice! only a little flaw on the axle, but we can easly fix this!" ; )
Joey: "The original 4 in line Ford engine looks great! It was already boosted up with some free exhaust, 2 carburetors, ect..."
"Only some mushrooms, here, on the exhaust, but that's all!" :D
Billy: "An half broken door..."
Joey: "The windscre... The rest of the windscreen, sorry..." :D
"The interior looks good!"
Billy: "Yup! Some rust on the floor, but it's a minor detail!"
"The rear seems to look good too!"
Joey: "Good!?! look at that! the trunk can't stay up!"
Billy: "I'm talking about the diferential and rear part of the chassis!.."
"And I willingly skip the hideous and 'lone spoked wheel..."
Billy: "We don't really know yet what we gonna do to it, so be aware! I've the feeling they will be some modification on this... Rat!!!" :D
Joey and Billy: "See ya!"
Not really a big Rod fan, but love the idea of restoring old cars. Can't wait to see what this becomes! Nice job on making this old clunker, I find making a broken car much harder then one in good condition. My Duster Fastback was supposed to be an old junker, but it came out as a sleek muscle machine! Nice work!
