Quoting Halhi 141 I actually don't agree that the waterfall needs trans blue, I know from experience that they tend to be a whitish clear color. I do agree with Stephen though. Also, the tree seems too plain, it needs more branches and leaves at the lower bits, and the bamboo leaves look a bit strange. But other than that, it looks great!

That's a great waterfall! I think there's too much splash at the bottom though and there doesn't appear to be a place where the waterfall is coming from, it's just there. But great job nonetheless!
