Uh-60 Blackhawk
As advertised a real brick UH-60 Blackhawk. This is a first, a real brick, actually existing, on futuristic technology build. More creations are on their way. Please rate and comment.
About this creation
Uh-60M Blackhawk Specs:

Weight: 5.3 Tons
Armor: Composite of Carbon Steel, Kevlar, and Aluminum (flares are also standard)
Primary Armament: M134d 7.62 Minigun
Secondary Armament: Small arms carried by passengers can be mounted near door
Power Plant: 2x Mr34 jet turbine engines
Combat range: 600 miles
Crew: 2, seating for 6 but more can be carried

This helicopter was designed in LDD. I then ordered the parts I didn't already have through PaB. When I built the thing, it didn't stay together ... at all. LDD is great for telling you if something is attached, but not if it is secure. So, after a grand total of $78.36, 8.5 hours, 7 full disassembles, 4 partial, plenty of cursing, and nearly losing my sanity, this is the completed UH-60.

Though over 50 years old in 2017, the Blackhawk is still a relevant and reliable helicopter.

The M134d minigun, a 7.62mm, 6,000 rpm, way to give suppressive fire.

The doors closed. Unfortunately, the minigun is unusable in this state.

Very blurry picture showing the interior, the top removes very easily and reattaches just as well.

Hard to see, but there are two pilots in the cockpit.

Apparently if I ever need medieval, this is what I see, at least thats what Hollywood says.

Small accident during photography lead to Blackhawk down.

Fly-by. At my local airshow the Blackhawks always fly nice and slow for those of us with who don't own cameras that cost more than a car.

You'll have to take my word on this but there are 6 minifigs in there. Once all of my modern military minifigs are done I will post them.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Minigun in action.

There is an LDD file but I will not bother posting it as it has many flaws.

Thanks for viewing, please rate and comment.

Quoting Thomas of Tortuga Nice minigun design, and good replica of the cockpit and landing gear! Next time, try photographing in natural light or outside- the results are much better.
I'll give that a try. Thanks for the tip.

Great job on the helicopter, but try and work on your photography a bit. The pictures kind of blur it.

Great work on the shaping, and it looks great how you mounted it so it looks as though it is flying :D

Quoting Luke Skyalker Could you send instructions to deltaforce1@outlook.com It's great!
Right now, the LDD file is full of flaws that make it unstable, when I fix it I'll put it on the page.

Quoting Achintya Prasad Very nice! The town I live in has an active "Army Aviation Support Facility". In short, we have Apaches, Chinooks, and Blackhawks fly in all the time..... Only complaint I have is the quality of photos; the creation is already black, which isn't easy to take a picture of. I would recommend more lighting, and a cleaner background, still though, an excellent creation! 5/5
I know. Photo quality can destroy a good build. I'm working on making a small area where I can photograph creations with good lighting, backgrounds, and a better camera. In the mean time this is the best I can do.
