Twisted metal
I've had these lying around, and have upgraded most of my "keepers" So Ive decided to post another creation pack. I'm also working on a stealth fighter, but am probably going to take a break from Legos for a few weeks.
About this creation
The type -17 Mollusk anti armor mech is a light, highly mobile stalker style mech equipped with a wide variety of tools at its disposal, while maintaining a maneuverable platform designed to engage slow tracked vehicles, and other slower vehicles in more close in environments.

As shown its weapon syetems are second to none, and its sturdy leg design allows cross country performance, while its arms allow it to properly climb up surfaces much like a person. This allows for in to engage armor in urban settings while inside a cozy nest of a semi hollow upper floor highrise, or on higher ground in a more open battlefield.

The amount of energy needed to power the Mechanized artificial muscles requires a high voltage bioplasma cooled micro fusion cell

PANZER B MANTICORE
The evolved variant of my panzer a, now with a wider hull, and a shorter turret. But don't forget the added details.

Yet another crossbow variant, and yes I still am having it laying around, and I plan on keeping it that way for a long time ;)

This one is armed with missiles, because the dual cannons didn't feel like enough.

Quoting Josh Cooper Yes I can see you've improved quite a bit. Sorry for being gone so long. Your MOCs look much smoother and the details are very well integrated. I hope this period of inactivity hasn't made me lose my touch haha. I just joined D&C II, and will be participating in the other (Direct Action I believe?) as soon as its back up next year. And no I dont, sorry! PLAYSTATION NATION hahaha. If you want maybe we can create a group of just you and me so we can catch up, plus I want to discuss vehicles, tactics, tips, etc. before jumping into D&C II.
Sure.

Quoting Josh Cooper The tank looks very sleek, the mech looks menacing (good job on the legs especially) and I absolutely love the 8 wheel vehicle!! I have the same problem trying to find proper size wheels. Ah well. Great work as usual.
As you can see my skills have improved a lot. Good to see your back, you had me worried for a while. If your interested the war gaming groups are still going. D&C II is the current one. Also DA although they are not accepting members anymore until the next one is out. McCall, sylvan, and the rest are in D&CII primarily. Also a lot of members you haven't seen yet. BTW do you have Xbox live?

Quoting John Stahlman These all look great! The mech and tank are both full of cool details and weapons, but the eight wheeled vehicle is really what caught my eye! That thing would look right at home on any near future battlefield! The whole layout of it is really well done. When I do my 8x8 APC, I will look to this for inspiration!
Looking forward to seeing it.

Quoting Jack K Let me start by saying you have a very neat style and all your builds are very well made. The one thing I would recommend is that on your wheeled vehicles use bigger wheels. These are usually more characteristic of military vehicles and are more practical. I don't know your parts situation or if that is just part of your ascetic. Still, all amazing builds and the quantity of real brick builds from you is admirable.
Thanks, the problem is that these are my biggest wheels, the wheels after this is 4 times as big and wouldn't fit.

The Manticore looks cuter with every upgrude :D By TU standards I would classify it as a light tank (judging by that the Chynska is much bigger and it's a medium tank). Now onto the mech. It looks much better, the arms are a nice touch. I already liked the upper body and now it has the legs it deserved. Legs what I would call chicken legs, well, it reminds me of it xD I think it's time to post the AM4 Explorer (with all of its weapons)!

I love the coil gun design!! Looked like something that would be in district 9. Great job on all the creations here.

everything is awesome, but in my opinion the tank is getting more and more unrecognisable as an actual tank. It looks futuristic and efficient, but the whole image isn't really classic tank.

I'm not sure what to say, I've never been blogged before. I guess I'm fairly flattered that anyone took the time to blog me, thanks.

The updates on your armoured vehicles are nice, but the mech is what struck me. I saw the preview a while ago, and particularly liked the cannon, but now I can see it as a whole, I love it. The legs have the right valence of power to agility aesthetically, and the weapons are just awesome. Great Work!

Quoting Achintya Prasad Very nice! Am I correct in saying that the mech is based on that robot at Comicon? (I didn't go there, but you know, YouTube!) Only complaint is that I feel that the legs are a bit too thin; maybe could use some greebles and whatnot. Still though, a fierce looking mech; can't wait for pictures of that tank.....
Thanks, Yeah it seems both you and navy where able to get comments in before seeing mostly all the content, I guess I wasn't quick enough. The mech was inspired by a work on deviant art that I've forgotten how to get to. The name on the other hand is another story.
