T-34/85 Model 1944 (World of Tanks)
The T-34/85 was a T-34/76 with minor structural changes, a new turret, and an 85mm cannon. This MOC was made from my T-34/76 with some advice taken into account. Next up: SU-100/SU-85!
About this creation
It wasn't raining today, so I could take pictures outside!

The front. Added view hatch sticker, extra headlight.

Rear. Most major hull changes were made here.

Side view. the fuel canisters were shortened and moved back.

Bird's eye view.

I reused a lot of my T-34/76 turret parts to make the new turret. ( The hatches are a bit crooked.)

The turret can swivel to about 65 degrees each side.

a close-up of the side.

The front, again.

if you still have it, i know how you can get a full 360 rotating turret, if you notice, your turret goes all the way to the hull, the real turret has a slight inverted lip, lifting the turret body up slighty and yours does not have that, so your turret in height is about 1, maybe 2 1/3 plates short in actual height

Quoting James Prins Very good tank! I really like the gun mantlet area on the turret; tell me, can the gun elevate/depress? The whole tank is very impressive!
Unfortunately, the gun cannot elevate or depress.

And I like the ninja face on the one piece on the gun barrel near the mantlet! :P

Maybe. There isn't a perfect piece for a 100mm. Some people use your pieces, some use those technic pieces with the axle. I would use the ones you used for the 76mm, as the 100mm is thick at the start and gets thinner at the end. It's your call.

Quoting Matthew Sylvan Look at original pictures and you will see it is relatively thin compared to the whole tank. If you ever build a SU-85 use that gun size.
I think I will build the SU-100. With that caliber I could use the current barrel pieces, right?

Agreed with Matthew, and I still think those fuel tanks are also a bit big :D but otherwise awesome build!

Quoting Matthew Sylvan While I'm still loving this, the gun is too thick for me. I would have used the same barrel as your 76mm, only longer. This barrel is more suited to big calibers like a 122/152mm gun. Other than that it is amlovely creation.
nice to know. thanks!

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 is it me, or you 'shopped' the rear of the turret? it looks like sloped grills...in any case, it looks real sharp, especially some angles where it looks totally real! you can bet I m going to make myself a tank in the next few days, your tank, and others, have really inspired me to do so, I ll add figs though, very well done!
I forgot to mention, the back of the turret is made of sloped grilles covered by LEGO stickers... completely purist, no worries!
