To finalize this so called bike week, I bring you another new bike. This one is special to me as the colors and overall appeal really landed as I hoped it would.
Now I hope to wake up tommorow and find a 10 times bigger version in the garage ;-)
This FLHR type Harley has a twincam 96 cu engine and sixspeed gearbox. This setup origins from 2008.
There are a fair number of modifications on this custom bike. First of all there is a lot of chromed extra's including part of the fuel tank.
The final drive is changed from a belt to a chain, and custom bags are added that host some massive custom exhausts.
This is a true 'bagger', as these types of Harley's are often reffered to.
I called it 'Bad Dad', and that's not because I think I need to be gangsta from now on :-),but I forgot to credit my daughter in the description of the previous chopper I posted.
She, and her sister, helped me out sorting, and even did some building on the yellow chopper themselves. I promised to mention that but I forgot :-)
Hence the name for this bike was born. I hope I cleared that now :-)
I commented on this one on Flickr, but I'll comment again here. This is amazing, even better than your "88 Yellow" Harley, which I had considered at the time to be the best motorcycle MOC I had ever seen.
great bike, people have to wear sunglasses to look at this one...chromy baby! ok, now I have to get myself at least 1 bike, + the big technics truck, it gets expensive looking at people s pieces on the pages, lol, well done!
This is an awesome MOC! Bling may distract, but no, what you did with that motor block is astonishing. Well done! That last picture is for the purists, and as such, much appreciated; although one cannot see it, you want to show the invisible is just as perfect. The handlebars are a bit spindly though, but another brick just wouldn't give the curve you'd need... Prachtig! Maar, foei! Hoe kon je je meiden vergeten, bad dad!!!
Aggred! your creations always are incredible, for Lego stuff!!!
This H.D. could be perfect in a diorama photo with your 1930 A Pick-up Hot Rod!!! :D (almost same colours!!!)However, another excellent ride from you! 10000/5 ; )
