..guess which transformer this will be.
About this creation
Here is a tease of my newest and largest legoformer Project: Plex. I was discussing it at Brickfete - and started work as soon as I got home. When its done it will be my largest transforming bot at an estimated 33" in height not counting shoulder guns and antennae. Should be a challenge to maintain all that weight standing up. Likely its going to decimate my white brick supply!

Enjoy rate and comment!

Also watch the teaser video on youtube for a closer look click here !

Happy building!

Gravity works well for the helipad but its killing me in other areas of this build as this guys is becoming huge and heavy! But when done it should be quite the cool former!
Quoting crazy ninjaman Amazing work so far Chris, by far one of the largest transforming MOCs ever. But I noticed from the picture of the heli-pad there appears to be no locking mechanism. are you planning on making one or are you going to have gravity hold it in place?

To quote your latest midifig 'Impressive. Most impressive.' I remember this guy as a toy, my brother's though, and you've got a challenge ahead of you. The sheer projected size means there's going to be a lot of detail which I am eager to see, along with how you make the helo pad and left arm work. Now, once you've drained your white bricks and start to replenish them you should invest in orange ones too... hint hint...

hummmm, looks like a job for super....Chris! ok, so, it s a transformer base? love the white space logo, lol, it will be a challenge worthy of you, and quite spectacular, will it have interiors? just the pics you show already are promising, it actually inspires me for a classic space base-mech, I ll wait to see how you solve the joints, as, it will be tough to handle the weight, but, it s solvable, as I seen an oriental guy who made a 4' tall mech once, bigger than the emporium, it impressed me a lot, I have been wanting to get a shot at it ever since, good luck Chris!

Metroplex!?! Are you kidding me?!? Holy cow, that's going to be massive. I am unbelievably interested in those gears you're making in response to David. If this thing is going to be fully poseable, you may need an engineering award! Stunning!

yes I am having to create my own geared joints!
Quoting David Roberts Goodness! This is a whole different scale. Some of the engineering/structural issues must be interesting to deal with.

Quoting Jared . Metroplex?! THE Metroplex?!? Is there truly no end to your greatness? Haha, all flattery aside, it looks great, and just in time for Hasbro's re-release of the Metroplex figure: http://www.toywiz.com/generationsmetroplex.html

birthday kits (coming soon)will be custom mini builds designed by me and a DVD that can be built during a birthday party and all the kiddies get to take their build home as a loot bag when they leave the party.
