About this creation
Memories from the black and white show, which I used to watch repeated on Saturday mornings in the early 80s.

One of the (many) inspirations for Batman. Gotta give respect to the legend! Nice work! ~ Chris.

Brings it all back! I loved the b+w re-runs in the '80s, and this is a treat.

The shaping of the horse is in keeping with the Spanish influence, as the horse appears to have features of the Andalusian breed. Nice! :)

Glad it's the version from the eighties! Was it in B&W, I can't remember but I think that it was. This was always on, along with The Flashing Blade (what was going on there?). Oh, the build! I like the big, smooth black area. I think that it helps to emphasise the details on his head. The overall shape is brilliantly done.

Quoting Tim C Fantastic build, David. You could have named it anything you wanted; it's pretty obvious who this is. There are some very nice details in here. You did a fine job with the rearing horse. That is something that could have gone horribly wrong, but it works perfectly. I like that he's doing his signature wave in the distance and that you took the time to leave the excess cloth hanging off the back of his mask is perfect. Well done, David.
The horse was very tricky, I think I almost got the proportions right.

Quoting matt rowntRee He needs his sword though. Either waving in his hand or sheathed at his side. He kinda seems naked without it. Still cool otherwise. ;)
As Tim noted, I wanted that classic wave. Still I know what you mean, Zorro without sword is somehow wrong.

Quoting Jared . Aha, what a legend! Awesome build.
Not seen Zorro in brick before, so it had to be done.

Quoting clayton Marchetti This looks fantastic ! I like the rearing horse . Even though the piece is almost entirely black you provide just enough definition that I can separate zorro from the horse . Masterfully done David
I like the lip of the cape near the horses tail, that for me really helped with the discerning of the two elements.

Classic! Always had a special place in my heart for Zorro. (Next to Zombies.) =D I remember watching the show but I always preferred "The Mark of Zorro". Just can't go wrong with Tyrone Power and Basil Rathbone. Perfectly iconic image here. Love the implied line of his leg in the all black, his foot forces my eye to fill in the blanks. Beautiful!
