Greetings, fellow MOCer Pagers! Time flies. My first MOC was posted on July 14, 2008 ... but let us not focus on how carbon-dating works. Instead, I present you something like a mid-year review. Also, I have not done a Master Shifu's Peregrinations for a while. Let's get to it!
Early this year, Master Shifu found himself "down under."
Sydney Opera House
Master Peace roams the streets of Sydney Harbor.
Hail, giant skillet! (right in front of the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Sydney)
Inside the Purple Moose Coffee Shop. Aussies call coffee "long black". If you ask for a long black here in the U.S, you might just get something long and black (hold your horses, Thor) ...
I don’t usually comment, wait…….I never comment anymore. Anyway, I went and looked up my password just so I could log in and tell you that I love the Oz build. It really looks great with the gray and black hues as well as the trans clear studs for water. Very cool Sir. Now, back to obscurity and self-imposed exile. Adios!
Holy lords of pork-bellies Batman, I've must have been channeling you psychically this morning when I was having my bacon, guacamole, jack-cheese chicken sandwich for breakfast! Glad to see you've been around for so long and I'm looking forward to having around for many more.
congrats on your 5 years Shifu! that filet mignon has me starving now, lol, wow, you really have me travel with those pics, love it! now I get why your piece is all grey! while I did nt see the re-make, I remember the original movie...a bit, the stolen wheels had me laughing a while, the batman statue impressed me a lot, very bulky! thanks for the tour!
Five years, thats long! (Aussie coffee jokes, anyone?) It seems I have neglected to add you as a favorite builder (which I will be doing momentarily). Lets hope you are able to celebrate the next five years, and onwards!
Thanks for sharing your talent with us for the last five years. Also a special thank you for a really lovely build for WOZ; it may not have been as large as others, but the attention to detail made it a perfect fit.
Congrats, Dude! Quite a review! Amazing collection of mega figs at that show. And impressive culinary pics, especially that pork belly! Mmmm!!! Glad to have been your neighbor in the collab, too, and thanks for the power line easement ;)
