Defensive Air Power(Decisive Action)
While my previous Air Defensive Power for Decisive Action was okay specifications wise, I thought I'd build something different than a jet. Specifications are: It can be any scale; it must have at least one weapon visible; it can have only one engine; it must be shown in and next to an aircraft hangar; and it must be Lego only, no customization either.
About this creation

Whatever could be in this hangar?

This is the J-82.

Wings are foldable for storage. I'm sure you can guess where the 20-mm cannon is.

The legs can lower for better clearance.

Wings out.

Cockpit view.

The one and only engine is mounted in the rear, under the rudder.

The J-82 is very maneuverable, due to the entirety of wings being both aileron and elevator(kind of like a bird's wings), but needs a feather touch on the controls.

Landing is also tricky, but doable due to the J-82's legs shock absorbers and walking/running ability(demonstrated in the next photos). Only the most experienced pilots can even fly the J-82.

The wings are folded in for running.
The last MOC I will ever make at my current residence, I have double-checked to make sure it is Specifications Accurate, but I may have missed something. It is a mechanical Flying Ostrich, inspired by the old arcade game called Joust(even more fitting because Joust turns 31 on July 14). I also forgot to add a photo of the legs in position for less drag during flight, but if you have played Joust you should know how they would be positioned(if you haven't, it's up against the body, straight back, feet/toes pointing back).

Reminds me of the ancient video game "Joust." Man, if I only had the money I pumped into that machine today I'd have ... maybe 15 bucks.

Hooray, this is a great MOC! Glad to see that the DAS approved it. Nýce idea, and as David said below, great approach for attaching the toe talons!

Quoting Zach Eli "Sierra" Sykes I imagine this thing would be about equal to an elephant when in a wind tunnel. I also imagine an elephant in a wind tunnel can't be pretty. Though the idea is definitely innovative, I can say with reasonable certainty that this must have some physics breaking device on board to function properly.
Of course it does, it's called Video Game Logic.

General Sanister. This MOC is a GO. You can post it on your ORBAT. Good luck.

A fun and novel build. I like how you've attached the talons via those binoculars.

Although I can appreciate the outside the box thinking I'm not going to clear this one until Michael looks at it. Stand by.
