Archaeous
About this creation
All right, starting over.

A huge thanks to Garrett A and Halhi 141 (again), who told me that my former entry that was on this page was invalid. So, here's the edited one.

The legs exploded while switching this guy up, to make him completely new, but I think that they look better now. They are sturdier, for sure, though, now.

Name: Archaeous
Element: Light
Weapons: Armor Piercer (foot thing on his arm) and Scythe
MOC status: Assembled

My entry to the 2013 Bio-Cup

Enjoy!

Hulk-Smash!

Bye!

Hope you like it! God Bless!

The build is good, and the weapon and that piraka foot on the arms give it a nice touch. Those red pins do bug me a little bit, even though they are everywhere, they kinda stick out too much, and here are some areas that could use some polishing overall. The design itself is ok, nothing special, but also nothing bad really. I give it a 6.

It's not half bad, but it lacks character and polishment, making it a bit of bland build. Your score: 5

The build seems a bit messy and rushed, the overuse of those silver kalmah armor is a bit overuses and nothing really seems to fit. It's an alright moc but it doesn't really stand out for me.

Nice and classic. As mentioned there are those few areas that needed space filling and cladding, but overall a nice, simple character with a balanced colour scheme. Another oddity I noticed was the lack of a brain/eye piece. You get a 6.

I like the accented silver armor overlay on black; always a classic look. (nice heartlight, btw =P) a good scale and balance limb-props-wise, but I wanted to see a little closure for the spaces where the shoulder armor meets the lateralis areas. Perhaps a little filler armor for the upper back would've done? Still good : 6 points, Sarge.

Nice work! I like the all-grey color, and the smooth joints.

Quoting Monarth GS A nicely done figure that takes up some classical traits, like the nuva chest and inika shoulders. The colors are rather plain though and there is a tad too obvious gap on the inner side of the lower legs screaming for a filler part, which for some reason is filled on the left leg, but not the right. I am also a bit disturbed to not be able to see how is the case on the outer side of the legs. His back also needs some covering. Well-crafted figure though, but needs a bit more work, as it doesn't pass certain traits I'd expect from such a custom design. 6 points.
Thanks for the detailed comment, though the left leg is bent over, so it appears there is a bigger gap, but otherwise, there isn't.

Well crafted, classic, very old school. You sure didn't take any risks on this one, did you? A perfect example of a *great* MOC which is also a *plain* character. Some breaking detail, like more asymmetry or a detail of an element of a different color (a mask, some armor, or even just the weapon) would have worked miracles. Still, it's very well done and it deserves 7 points.

Dude sweet moc! I will be posting a few bio-mocs of my own in a bit.

Halhi is right, the entry has to be a totally new character and build, not a revamp or redo of an existing character.

Not sure if this will be allowed, the character had to be completely new.
