Welcome to my first ever attempt at MOC'ing, It's a street-rod made with only parts from LEGO Creator set 31006.
I began this build at the front grill and build the rest of the car from there,
The end result wasn't what I was aiming for but it works none the less.
I wanted this to appear street legal by adding headlights, turn signal lights and rear lights to the car, As there wasn't much room at the front I put the headlights in the grill and the turn signal lights on the sides of the car behind the engine.
This was my first serious attempt at creating a MOC and I'm surprised I managed to finish it even though I wasn't happy with the width of the rear end while building. I played around with the detailing of the rear end until I was satisfied, And decided to upload it as the end result has it's own charm even though it's not what I set out to build.
This feeling of unhappiness about the width of the rear end (I'ts a little too wide, And the proportions of the interior are off as well.) was corrected today when I tore down most of the car (except for the frame and engine/hood section) and after some attempts finally succeeded in creating the look I aimed for when I build this.
Quoting MortalSwordsman .
Great alternative from a difficult set. Love the rear end.
Thanks for your comment, This set does indeed lack the unlimited wheel arrangement possibilities that made 5867 so great and results in this being a more limiting set to moc with Because of the fixed axles.
However as your and mine alternates prove it's not impossible.
PS: I edited the text a bit to make it more clear what I didn't like about the rear end.
It's not the looks but the width of it that bugged me.
