Hansa-Brandenburg CC
Named after the main financier of the Hansa-Brandenburg Works, Camillo Castiglioni, and designed by Ernst Heinkel, the H-B CC came out in 1916. It had a wingspan of 30 feet, 6 1/8 inch, was 25 feet 1 1/8 inch long, and 11 feet 9 inches tall. It had a top speed of 108 mph.
About this creation
Designed as a seaplane fighter, The Hansa-Brandenburg filled out its role well.

The motor and it's struts are pretty much taking the entire weight of the top wing here.

Side view of the starboard float.

'Working' elevators, rudder, and ailerons.

These Star-struts were tricky to do.

Reference photos, again from two different books.

This was my first time building a flying boat, so I decided to go with an aircraft with a simple (yeah, right) hull. Tips on hulls would be appreciated, as they are not my area of expertise.

Fiddly struts. And nice work on the engine. I love engines stuck on struts, brilliant work!
