Direct precursor of III.generation ships. Though no II.generation produced the most technologicaly advanced and powerful ships , it has major problem - they were very slow to produce due to crystalization method , secondly they required whole ship to reproduce itself (like cell mitosis) and they consumed too many Phantoms to be operational. III.generation produced less magnificent but better producable ships with more rational design, using both I. and II. generation features. III. generation ships are more offensive , while II. generation ships are used for defence and as strategic weapons. Even more Lightships were produced :D
About this creation
Main feature is split - level 2nd etage. Both 3rd and 1st etage are very narrow and shallow , serving as space for many reactors and caches for energy crystals. Its shallowness enables to whole height of cruiser to be compressed by one 15 studs long beam brick.
Morph note - darts : whole trunk is covered by lots of darts. They are very slim and modest in size that enables them to be less apparent. Since that they are ideal for infiltration behind enemy lines.
Morph note - trunk is divided into head , and alternating parts bearing either wings with cannons while others bears darts. 1st etage has small cabins for pilots to be healed or simply to rest.
Trunk as whole is very slim in order to be able to better be hidden.
Pelvic and tail wings are almost as long and wide as "thoracic" wings , boosting cruisers manueverability. Second row of darts contain smaller flyers that are better in transporting troops and spies than in fighting.
There are rotating generators sited below both tail and head sections
Small room for resting in 1st etage , every room has its own generator and controlling chair with monitors
Cannon wing - there are various types of cannons , while shooting pararel to ship they can protect docked darts
Major cannons are situated at front wings , cockpits behind them are meant to store energy crystals modifying their functions to make cruiser more universal purpose ship.
