Alright, so all have seen that I am into aircraft, and whatnot. I have posted a bunch of stuff in that area, so I figured it was time for something new. So here we go, Anti-Air equipment!
About this creation
So, to kick things off, we have the "large" SAM. This missile system actually looks like an infantry rocket launcher. However, its a highly sophisticated, as well as large, missile system.
Angled full down. A total of 12 missiles in that SAM.
Side shot. The SAM is at maximum elevation.
A sort of corner, angled shot.
This pic shows the interior construction. You can see the tolerances in side the machine.
So here we have got a kinda flak, AAA gun. Four barrels in total, and two laser pointers.
Actually, this gun is kinda like the German 88's back in WWII. Often times, in the battlefield, soldiers will roll this gun down, and use it as some "light" artillery.
Full elevation. It was actually kinda hard trying to limit the angle that the gun could ultimately reach.
I nice, profile shot here.
I got left, you got right. That thing, or rather, SAM, on the left of the picture is another, smaller, mobile design. It has a greater elevation than the larger SAM, however, it compromises in total armament.
Yeah, so if you want overkill, in missile form, this combination maybe?
Paired together, the small SAM and the radar unit can form a lethal pair, as the SAM can concentrate fully on accuracy, and the radar can handle the tracking.
Good luck trying to fly through that!
Anyways, this was a WHOLE lot of fun. After you build one little thing, you think you can improve, and before you know it, you have gone AWOL! Also, its worthy to mention the amount of SNOT building.
These are all so neat! Its too bad you're not into the game, but I really appreciate you taking a look at it. As for judging, we don't make any judgments, the game is conducted kind of like RISK where you should know the outcome of the battle when you declare it. So, while I very much appreciate the offer, there really isn't a position to fill. Thanks, and keep up the great builds.!
