William lay in bed. He wan't getting a very good nights rest, due to the decision rolling around in his head.
Suddenly he found himself in a world of white. It was very bright and while he started walking in one direction he wondered to himself," Am I dreaming?"
Suddenly he tripped. "Oof!" he grunted. He was a little disoriented.
When William looked up he saw a light-saber hilt and a hoe dancing in his eyes. This made him think once again of his choice, and that thought made him angry. He was confused on what to do, having never been faced with such a serious decision.
Then suddenly, in a flash of light, a male figure appeared. "Go..." whispered the figure, soothingly.
William relaxed and slept peacefully the rest of the night. He had made his choice.
Next morning, William sat in the hot sun with his pack beside him. He had made his choice and was at peace with himself.
Then, William saw Master Danus, walking up the path.
Danus was now at the gate. "Well, boy?" he asked. "Have you made your choice?"
"Yes." William replied. "Yes, I have made my choice."
"I have chosen the life of a Jedi." William said. Suddenly he felt like a load had been lifted off his shoulders.
Danus expression did not change; or if it did, William didn't see it. "Very good," he said. "Go, quickly, gather your belongings. We have a long walk ahead of us."
"I already have." William said. "Everything I need is in this pack."
A smile crept along Danus' face. "Good!" He said. "Now follow me".
Master Danus and William set out along the path at a brisk walk. William was excited, for he had never strayed far from his home. Danus... well, William couldn't really tell any of Danus' emotions.
"So how far are we going to be walking?" William asked.
"Many miles. Today and tomorrow." Danus replied.
"Oh. That sounds... fun." William said jokingly.
But Master Danus was right. They had many, many miles to walk yet.
"We'll stop for the night here soon, boy." Danus called back to William. "Alright." William said. He was getting tired. Even with all the labor he had done as a farmer, nothing had prepared him for this.
However William pulled through, and they kept walking.
"How much longer until we stop for the night, Master Danus?" William said, tiredly.
"We will camp here for the night." Master Danus said. "You can see the Enclave right over this hill.
William stepped onto the hill and gazed at the enclave in the distance. "Wow!" he said.
"Not to far to go now, boy. Come lets keep going a bit before we stop for the night." Danus said.
Yes, yes, this episode was long. I considered naming it Episode 2 instead of Episode 1 part 2 but oh well. This episode isn't very exciting, but it is an important part of the story. Next episode, coming Friday! Look forward to The Jedi Enclave!
Great use of the MOCpages format to tell your story. I like how there was just enough dialogue and then you moved on to the next frame. The hoe and light-sabre floating in front of the hero were a nice way to to show his choices. You left this episode just at the right point. What will the enclave look like? What will happen there?
