Queenswood Keep
I felt like it's been far too long since I built a castle. So I built a castle.
About this creation
After a long days hunt, the queen arrives at one of her holdings to spend the night.

I'm rather pleased with how this turned out, though I did have to rush a few things, since I was leaving to go out of town for a while.

Thanks for looking! And feel free to tell me what you think.

Quoting Mr. Xenomurphy Despite the sloppy photoshop work (hahaha) ;o) it is still an excellent creation. Architecture and colour choice are both very coherent.
Shhh, I didn't think anyone noticed bad editing :-P Thanks Xeno!

I'm fan of your delicate work: the design and the wall textures, the nice idea for the roofs and those tiny details to bring more accuracy. Stunning build!!

Man I sure missed having you publish a new castle MOC. Love it all, but particularly the round wall, the roofs (main tower is superb!), and the inverted archways on the front. Also it's great to see you used brown tiles on the uppers floors, very realistic. Lots of adventures to be had! Thx for sharing!

I can never find enough one by bricks to make a castle. I can mostly only work on landscapes and ships...that gives me an idea for my first creation coming back...

Great job Ru! Some beautiful detail, particularly curvatures/angles in this build. I'm always a fan of your unique color schemes for your castle builds, they're quite refreshing (a lot of castles generally look the same these days). Great way to spice it up!

The castle looks great, Ru. Especially with the various brick colors and patterns on the walls. Looks realistic. The use of the wheel arches is ingenious, they caught my eye. I feel like the landscape could use some work, but great work nevertheless. -LB Senior

I really like that it has a cloyster. The shape of towers and stuff could be more interesting though.
