Faild WIP of the NCC-1701 U.S.S. Enterprise
Space... The Final Frontier, and it will just have to wait.
About this creation
Yeah, because of this nothing working event, I probably should have worked on this some more; it didn't happen. It was to be in The Contest Group's WIP Contest and since I have kind of had enough of it, I just need to post this and move on. The contest was kind of a flop anyway.

This was all inspired by this and really the inspiration for the whole theme. Also, I've kind of been on a Star Trek high lately. This Enterprise is loosely based off of J. J. Abrams' Star Trek and the scenes with the construction of the Enterprise. I even made a few little shuttles for supplies and workers.

The Engines

I never got around to connecting the engines to the hull. I need to get the technic bits back to my Hyperspace Ring and also those click hinges back to my UCS Jedi Starfighter anyway.

Also, check out this bulked up version of my Sig Fig!

Not too shabby, like Tim said, maybe a few ground details. Nice bulked up siggy too :)

Well, its not bad, ish. Your star drive section (the area where you connect your warp nacelles) really shouldn't be built with those jet engine-like parts; it doesn't really look like the real thing. I did SNOT building for mine, so. And I would recommend (if this project ever comes back) to make a larger saucer. 3/5

It looks like the Enterprise crashed on a desert planet and all that's left is it's bones. Now another ship has found the remains and is investigating them. :P It actually looks very much like a crash, with bits scattered around and the bones broken and twisted. You should expand on it!

Yup. Looks like you need to make a PFFFT noise when viewing it. ;) In all actuality, the nacelles' shaping is spot on. Worthy of continuing. And, I love the micro shuttle. BTW no jazz handz on the sigfig?!? =]
