Stop-Motions
Various (small) lego movies
About this creation
I made a new Stop-motion but I took advantage of the occasion to post my others as well.
These are most of my lego stop-motions, you might have seen some of them already but there are definitely some among them which I have never posted before.
The first one being my most recent one.

Rising Temple

I had the Idea for years, it's only now that I managed to shoot it. I don't know what conclusion to draw from the fact that it took longer to make the movie than to build the temple...

The Monolite

I made this for 2012 Mocathalon but I didn't post it then, (notice the changing flowers and tree).

Force smash

Back when I was in my Starwars phase :D

The Nameless Blade

Originally this was part of a series I was writing, unfortunatly I never got farther than 2 episodes...(mind the color of the sword).

The Portal

I'm often thinking about reviving this Idea, I have a few MOCs built around this portal (1, 2, 3, 4) and I'm seriously thinking about writing a follow-up.

Curse of the lucky Fang

...don't ask.

Avalanche

This was made for MOCmurdertag, it looks harder than it is, laking an avalanche in a stop-motion really isn't so hard :).

Mustang

Animating moving cars is difficult :(

Tetris

Tunnel car

Bandits

I hope you liked these, I'd like to make more stop-motions but I don't have the equipment to make them worthwhile (a studio with consistent light is definitely a must)

Quoting Grant Davis I've seen this a while back and I have been wanting to make a live version of the Temple for a while now. Mind if I take the idea and build it so it actually works?
Sure, I wish you the best of luck, it won't be easy to make a large heavy temple like this rise like that for real.

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 well, I understand why it takes you longer to animate than to build, you build often, and are more experienced, + you added music, the portal is the most impressive, but, I liked the fang and mustang as well.
Good point, It would have probably taken longer to build the temple a few years back.

Thanks for the feedback, the Portal seems to be the most popular...but it's also the most complicated one to work on :P Well, I could use a challenge anyway :).

Had a good laugh with the bandits (nice music choice), but the portal idea is pretty clever, you're on to something!

Come to think of it, your portal partially inspired me to build this awhile back: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/343252#comments -LB Senior

These are very cool! The avalanche and the portal are great but i actually like the fang-one most. Looks like a spot for a horror-movie :-)

These are very good! Out of all of these the portal one is my personal favorite. The temple looks like it took a lot of time to do.

Excellent collection of movies. I can only imagine how much work this must have been. The Portal is still my favourite.

Quoting josh White very nice!! I have some videos myself on youtube!! I just can't figure out to upload them to mocpages??
Thanks, you have to "share" your youtube video's and select "old HTML code" then you copy that code and put it on a mocpage. That always works for my video's but I heard that it doesn't work for HD videos

Quoting Ru Corder Very nice! On the portal one, how did you pan the camera so smoothly?
You can actually see it in the movie, notice the curved train rails ? that's where my camera runs on :P
