This year, the popular BBC television series ‘Doctor Who’ celebrates its 50th anniversary. To celebrate this year’s event, I’d like to build and upload 11 small Doctor Who MOCs – the last and biggest one in November this year.
About this creation
‘An Unearthly Child’, the legendary first episode of Doctor Who, deserves more than only one photo. I tried to capture the atmosphere of this scene. As a result, some of the details can’t be seen, but in this case I prefer the right mood over sterile representation.

Just don't miss the show if you do!
Thank you for the reminder, Gilbert. I can't watch the show today. Following a long tradition, I watch new Doctor Who episodes together with a friend of mine. Recently he became a father and now we have to find a date where he can sneak out and come to my place without his wife noticing ;o)

Where are you on Arkham? What's the next DW set? How much longer till Arkham? I have suggestions.
Thank you for your interest, David. Right now I start working on Arkham's roof section. The whole MOC should be finished in 4 - 6 weeks, this time for real. ----- The next Doctor Who MOC is based on an episode from the Eccleston era. Since I'm very busy with Arkham, I asked a friend of mine to step in for me. We will post his MOC this weekend or at the beginning of next week. After that I'll come back to the Doctor Who MOC series, but right now I need all my money and time for Arkham.
Just beautiful work as always man! I've been falling behind on comments(work and other stuff here on the pages as well as Vlug) and it's always great to be able to come back to it and find a gem like this. Lookin' forward to the next one! ~ Chris.
My, what big eyes you have... ;) As I've said before, awesome build and top-tier photography. I love how much detail you fit in this without making it seem cluttered, your talent for minifig scale objects is astounding.
repeatedly i'm impressed by guys like you what is possible with this beautiful little bricks ;-) ! O.k. the quality of photography is also a fact which scares me, but hey - it doesn't look like it is built with legos...!

everytime....you blow me away! can we get a pic in color though?
Thank you, David. I decided not to post any of the pics in colour, because I don't want to destroy the atmosphere. There's a colour photo from the 1963 TV set (you can find it in the internet) and I stuck to the original colours.
Was soll man sagen? Perfekt wie immer. Sowohl das Gebaute als auch die Präsentation. Aber das weißt du natürlich schon. Und ich habe schon das "Easter Egg" zu deinem nächsten Doctor Who MOC gefunden ;)
Absolutely beautiful, Xeno. I love the atmosphere in these black and white shots. (Been wanting to do more old b&w monster flick MOCs for myself, but just haven't had the time.) Gotta say, too, that I love the brick effect on that back wall. Boy, does that work nicely when it goes to grey scale. Looking forward to seeing the others - great work!
Haha! This is awesome! I like how you changed it to black and white too! Oh and by the way, when can we expect the 11th Doctor's console room? Sorry, I'm just really excited to see another one of your masterpieces!!!
This is another fantastic addition to your Dr Who creations! I love the whole mood you created! Your works never seize to astound me! The whole black and white photography completes this spectacular creation!
