Portland Mechanic Shop
A mechanic shop inspired by one in Portland, Oregon. I didn't partake in their services, but had breakfast across the street. Of note in this piece are the sideways 1x2 center stud titles with groove over the windows. I am really pleased with this effect.

Quoting Nathaniel Chow You are A M A Z I N G. Btw why did you take down your Urban Landscape #2? It breaks my heart to know you dismantled such a beautiful piece of art. LOL
Thanks. Regarding the Urban Landscape #2: it was time for something new! I am now working on a new scene in this smaller scale. Thanks again!

I always love those half-stud effects. You windows are a really nice example. Nice build in general also!

Lovely! Fantasdtic brick-effect. The doorhandle (I suppose that is what it is?) looks much too big...

Quoting Nick Pascale You promised us this and you gave it to us! It is beautiful and I love the trees! hey Jonathan have you ever seen any of my work? Also do you have time to look at the other things other MOCpagers do?
Hi Nick, Thanks for the feedback. In response to your question: I do lurk a little bit on other peoples work, but not much. I certainly do not reciprocate with comments nearly enough either. I greatly appreciate the feedback I do receive - based on my level of community participation I don't deserve any. So, I'm very appreciative of those that do comment. Time is tight for everyone, I realize.

Sideways 1x2 tiles are cool. For an added trick you can stagger them which is a great effect in a cornice. I used that in my Lockport warehouse...
