The stealing of these two secret prototypes was a great victory for Space Pirates. And a huge loss for Space Police.
About this creation

Here is the short story of the Space Wolf, the one which gave Space Pirates a second chance.

The Space Pirates were a real plague for Extra Solar System Trade but Earth Police did a great work so Pirates were starting to get outnumbered. Headquaters invested a lot in a secret project: The Space Wolf in order to eradicate them. Definitively.

It was a fighter. A totally new fighter. Powered by new supraluminic engines, very fast and dynamic, completed by two plasma laser developped exclusively for this project. Plus upgraded 20mm Mass drivers in the nose. The stealth abilities were impressive, too.

Labs and factories were settled on Dorina, a little satellite of Jupiter. Engineers and their families were moved on this planet to complete a five years program.
All of this was classified.

But there is no war without treason.

Space Pirates obviously were finally aware of the Space Wolf. They decided to seize the two prototypes.

It was a slaughter on Dorina. Not a single person who did not directly work on the "Wolfs" was left alive. The others -all kind of workers and their familly- were taken hostages. They were led towards another planet: Lev'do from Antares'System.

Pirates had no difficulty to threaten engineers to build more wolfs: Twelve of them were born. Pirates stole precious and rare metals everywhere they could, technologies, secrets were sold out all over the universe.

Space Police did the good choice: instead of searching their new fighter, they concentrate their energy to up-grade the actual -and good- fighters. Wolfs always operated by four. By three now. Two of them were lost in two years... for the loss of 14 Space Police fighters.
Dogfights are too unequal and mercyless. Only long distance missiles are efficient.

Here is a "cut" of the MOC. I used a lot of "No stud" technics to end with a sleek design I really appreciate.

Initially, I wanted to build something for the Space Pirates.
I wanted a "fighter", yes. But something crappy, odd even broken or ruined.
It ended to be ... one of -what I consider- my best creations. Totally studless and very agressive. A nasty fighter.
This could have perfectly match with a mighty Sp Police spacecraft but it was a Space Pirates theme. So I kept it...
The blend of DB grey and Orange is just stunning but I had few orange parts. I had to be inventive. I love the main pic with the orange alien. They really fit together!!

I've not been very productive these last 6 months.
I'm (still) fighting with a landing zone for my SP Rhino and I cannot go back since I've made a few creations to fit in. But it will have to wait.

Breaking news: I'm getting maried in june and it's a lot to do to get ready! Time is running out. But, I will try to comment as much as I can each one of your creations, my dear fellow builders.

That's all, folks!! See you this summer!

Most other builders should see this as an example of good use of windscreen 30384.

Quoting David Roberts I really like the dark grey and orange colour scheme. I wish that I had enough of either colour to do a build like this. The wings work very well, with their studs pointing outwards. They're also strongly attached for swooshing, looking at that last photo!
Well, Sir. It's an honor to read your comments. Thank you so much for stopping by!!

Quoting matt rowntree Cool little flyer! Very swooshable (don't let your wife to be catch you swooshing - awkward!) =] The shape reminds me of the Phoenix from Gatchaman/Battle of the Planets. Love that orange and congratulations.

Quoting Nick Barrett Firstly, many congratulations on your impending marriage - I hope you and your wife spend a lifetime up to your knees in Lego! Now then, any chance of getting one of those supraluminic engines for my 2CV ?? Very sleek ship, by the way.
My dear Nick, you are -always the first, the very loyal, the One-. Thank you very much!! I would be embarassed if you lose your driving licence due to my top secret engines... lol Thank you for your best wishes, too. Mostly appreciated!
