Modular Building: Parking Lot
A convenient Modular Building
About this creation
Demolished...

I made this creation a while ago for a contest at Eurobricks.
This is a modular building and while not as detailed as the official ones it can be attached on otehr modulars in the same way.

There are two levels, good for 6 parking spots, not very efficient you might think, considering you can easely fit 6 parking spots on a 1-level parking. The ramp takes a lot of space and so do the cars, you see I use 5-wide cars instead of the common 4-wide.

Noticed the girl with the icecream? keep an eye out for her :P

The lower level with my lamborghini parked in the center parking spot.

The uper level with (from left to right) a cheap station car, an SUV and an expensive station car.
You'll notice that one side is open, I made the modular building that way that if I had two of the same I could attach the other one on the back of the first one to expand the parking.

Hehe...

The barriers go up and down, too bad I didn't have enough of the same printed tiles, two identical barriers would have looked better probably.

I like this picture a lot, I used mostly new (unscratched) black bricks so there's a reflection.

I noticed I don't have a picture of the fire installantion which was under the ramp and the platform for buying your parking ticket, unfortunatly it's too late now, it's possible I have pictures somewhere on my computer.
Anyway, I hope you liked it, in terms of details and texture this building doesn't come near the real Modular Buildings but since it's a parking lot after all I think that's acceptable, they are usually sober and pure functional.

I have another MOC coming up soon, a pirate ship this time.

OH! This is fantastic! Nice job on the ramps, and I really like the red grated "windows" if they can be called that.

Quoting Deus "Big D." Otiosus From inside it looks really cool, and really is pretty cool, but what it needs is another level. Then it would look amazing.
Thanks, I considered adding an extra level but I didn't want to lose the ramp so if there would be another level there would also need to be another ramp on the middle level which would mean there would only be room for just 1 parking spot on that level. But its definitely something I keep in mind for when I build a larger parking lot (not restricted by the modular building dimensions).
