Unlucky toa of plasma and member of the wandering toa team.
About this creation
As a matoran, Polan lived on the northern continent. Unlike metru nui, Polan's village did not assign particular jobs to matoran just because they belonged to a specific element. As it was, Polan played professional Kolhii.
However, one fateful day, Polan was relaxing between matches and speaking to toa Kapel when the pair where attacked by rahkshi. Makuta Sevarn had read the stars and discovered it was Polan's destiny to oppose him. When Kapel made the mistake of firing a blast of flame at a dodge Rahdshi, he missed and set the dwelling on fire. Polan escaped with his life- but without a forearm.
Distraught, the village Turaga sent Polan to Karzahni, in hopes he might be repaired. Needless to say, he didn't come back. Rather, he was put to work at the forges. When Karzahni left for the pit and the mask of life, Polan hightailed it and returned home only to find the village in ruins. Sevarn's Rahkshi had destroyed Polan's suva. Without anywhere else to go, Polan began to live in the ruins of the village.
In yet another attempt to destroy him, Sevarn sent Rahkshi to the village for a third time. Polan took refuge in the wreckage, not knowing he crouched in was once the suva. Even crippled, the suva transformed him into a toa. Makuta sevarn would check on the site later to find his rahkshi bubbling pools of superheated metal.
Since then, Polan has reunited with Kapel and joined the wandering toa.
toa tool: protodermis boots
other equipment: shield
defining characteristics: Polan is very agile, and quick on his feet. This is probably because of his missing arm. He fights defensively with a shield and kanohi Hau. Excels at close combat in a wide space.
As a matoran. note Karzahni's mask.
Most of these are an early concept, with an old mask and locked shoulders. The main picture is most recent.
The protodermis boots. With only one arm, Polan has gotten good at using his feet for just about everything.
Still likes Kolhii. Though he plays a tad different now.
The wandering toa!
