Hello there, LDD file that you sell on your page is really more comprehensive than that on this site? I ask because I am reluctant to build your model and I'd rather not buy one as incomplete as that proposed here file and mounts all random pieces forming a beautiful vessel that should not be solid Can you confirm me that the file purchased the ship is really buildable and sturdy? best regards

Quoting Alexander Bivens Brick Commander = Primus there's just multiple points in the model that don't connect with anything so I'm not sure how this connects to the original frame.
This set is 100% LEGO no glue or rubber bands (I did use the rubber LEGO pieces that come in set# 9500 to hold the bottom plates up)

Quoting Alexander Bivens Ok I'm actually going to try and reproduce this but I'm having trouble figuring out where you're externals stop and BC's internals kick in...
I don't know anything about BC's internals??? I created the LDD directions from scratch my self (brick by brick = hundreds of LDD hours) & made all the mods to Primus's original design in the LDD file I created!

Quoting Austin Jenkins Wow! This is AWESOME! I got instructions but have a question: when built, is it solid? or does it need modification?
The LDD instructions HERE are just the hollow shell (no internal structure) so that you can see it in 3D. I do have a page set up @ www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=bobkos13

Quoting kosh naranek can you try to make the super star destroyer executor.
I'm not to interested in that one since LEGO came out with an "Official Set" already, I have been looking into maybe a Nebula-class Star Destroyer design...

Quoting Achintya Prasad As a trekkie, it disheartens me to say that this is an excellent MOC. Sigh. Ah well! I can only imagine the cost! 5/5
Thanks, I like Star Trek & Star Wars both. It seems like Star Wars is a bit easier to do in LEGO because it is more angular & not as many curved dishes ect...

Quoting Grant Brenton Nice work. I am really excited to see the real life version as I always prefer the real look of bricks. But this looks like it will be great. Nice work on the cannons especially. Lego is always so skimpy in that department.

Quoting Pieter Vanden Meersschaut Really nice work man. This actually could be a UCS set.
Thanks - That is what I was going for - I wanted an official LEGO set but when it didn't look like they were going to make one I decided to make my own - but b/c the internal connections for the lower hull wont't get LEGO approval (They don't meet there ease of assembly requirements) I'm not too confident any more. :(

In the LDD Directions I gutted the inside (only 2,668 pieces left) so people could see it in 3D but I didn't want to make it too easy for someone to steal my design. I spent several hundreds of hours in LDD to fine tune & perfect the mods for this design. I will post Pics of the Real Thing, once I finish making the final mods to the one I have at home.
