nope - just trial and error

Did you build with the LEGO designer software first to plan it out? If so are you able to provide the plans so we can build this too?

the design only allows for swithching of right leg with left leg or right arm with left arm. 50% scramble capability.

Awesome! Bruticus has always been my favorite combiner, and seeing this project just is awesome. One question though: Do your combaticons have just these "Fixed" modes, or can they go Scramble City style?

current calculations based on proportions - looks like he'll be around 20" tall to head plus the the back double barrel guns

How did I miss this?? Looking very good thus far. It looks to be that he may end up being approximately the same height as Devastator perhaps? Will there be a size comparison photo once you've completed them all?

sorry been away - a GI joe combiner crossover now that might be cool! And I may set bruticus in my Lego city for some of the shots when he's done and show running scared minifigs! LOL!

it must be a great replica, but, it makes me dream about a 'chris special' something like a COBRA trans, 2 hisses for legs, a small bunker for body, and I leave the rest for you to blow me away, lol, still, I can t wait to see this project completed, it s going to be massive and impressive, if you could build a background, like a building area, with ramps, you know, it looks like a shuttle laucher pad, just suggestions to perfect the presentation wich does nt match the piece, it s so impressive, you should consider it, it s a feat! well done chris!

Awesome, as usual, Chris! I love how much this guy really resembles the original toy. Smart usage of those Exo-Force joints, as well. |
