About this creation
Mav: "It's time to call for a pick up..."

Bones: "Yeah, that first step's a DOOSY!"

"Doosy..."

Mav: "Boozer, Maverick. Requesting immediate evac. Over."

Boozer: "Roger that Maverick. Firing up the engines now, Sir. We've got a bearing on your signal. ETA... 5 minutes."

Bones: "Pretty dicey landing up here, Mav, I don't know..."
Mav: "I hear you, some nasty crosswinds. Maybe just the Heavy Raptor, then? But...?"

Mav: "Are we all going to fit?"

Athenian: "I estimate the capacity of your Heavy Raptor should be sufficient for all of us."

Athenian: "The Raider can be flown remotely."

Mav: "Boozer, Maverick. Change of plans. Just you. Have the others follow the Raider back to orbit. Over."

Boozer: "Copy that, Maverick. On my way!"

Simon: "Quite a view from up here!"

Corthay: "Kind of a shame. Would make a nice resort, if it weren't for the whole evil genetic experiments and all..."

Athenian: "Yes, it would certainly detract from an otherwise pleasant vacation..."

Mav: "I see her..."

Mav: "Lookin' a little choppy out there!"

Mav: "Whoa..."

Mav: "Hold her steady, Boozer."

Boozer: "Roger that, Commander."

Boozer: "Better watch your toes, boys!"

Bones: "She sure can handle that ship."
Mav: "Easy there, Bones..."

Bozzer: "Annnnnd..."

Boozer: "Down. Whew!"

Mav: "Alright, gang: Chop chop!"

Mav: "In we go..."

Mav: "Watch your step..."

Bonsch: "Man, we shouldn't have eaten those Shifu Surprise rations..."

Athenian: "Disengaging olfactory sensors."

Mav: "After you."
Athenian: "It appears that my estimate of the interior was just under the minimum requirements..."

Mav: "Yeah, it's going to be tight. In ya go!"

Corthay: "I hope that's your elbow, Thor...?"

Mav: "Punch it!"

Mav: "Okay, Bones, time to light 'em up!"
Bones: "Yessir! Just gotta find the frakin'...Alright...Got it!"

Bones: "Three, two..."

Bones: "One!"

Bones: "That ought to teach 'em a frakin' lesson!"

Boozer: "Galactica, Raptor 369. Inbound."

Hangar: "Roger that 369. Starboard flight pod. Hands on approach."

Haha. 'Disengaging olfactory senses' gave me a good laugh. Entertaining episode! I really like the hangar coming out of the mountain-side.
Thanks, Dude! The lighting was tricky for this one. A little darker than I wanted, even with the snow, as clouds moved overhead. Some of the close ups I did inside with more direct light. |

And so the story gets even more interesting ... LOVE the base in the mountainside. That is some fine building (but cold shooting the close ups, huh?). I think it's time more explosions, too. It's always better with explosions. And chimpanzes. I like them.
It was a little nipply out there, for sure. Chimps are cool, too. But only if they wear pants. Thanks, Dennis! |

Glad you liked it! Yeah, that hangar is toast, already sorted, never to be seen again. This was more about the pics, for sure, than progressing the story. But it's fun to just have some banter from time to time. |

It's a pity you couldn't pilfer some of Star Trek's teleporters, but then we'd have been deprived of an entertaining episode.
I know, what an easy short cut they came up with for that show. Plus their shuttle craft were pretty lame, by comparison. Thanks, Nick! |

What I think I like most about this one is all of the extra shots of the hangar and platform showing all of the detail you put into your work. It really pays off. Plus the humorous innuendos of potential human on toaster coupling give it that warm and fuzzy (or perhaps a shocking sensation) we all love!
I like to put all sorts of junk/equipment around in a space after I've completed the structure. Trying to make it look used and lived in. Thanks for the great comment, Mike! |

Dude, the builds and the pics are great, of course. And I'm pleased you are giving the Cylons some of the funny lines. I do think the story moved forward too little on this one. And I was left to my own devices to imagine what Cylon accessories were appropriate for the Raptor's backseat.
A little change of pace with the dialogue, they do have a sense of humor, those toasters. I'll let your imagination fill in the blanks as to what went on the back seat. ;) |
