Solorak
A new moc belonging to the Order of Mata Nui
About this creation
Solorak:
Solorak is an upper-class Steltian who abandoned his people to join the Order of Mata Nui. He is close friends with Krode. Unlike Krode, Solorak prefers peace over fighting, despite his upbringing. He does not like the company of Toa and Matoran, and prefers to be with people who are the same status as himself.

Solorak was a Steltian businessman who lived on Stelt. He noticed the negative association with the upper-class Steltians, and decided that he wanted to break away from the stereotype created by Sidorak. He migrated to Spherus Magna and joined the Order of Mata Nui. After many years of being a part of the Order, he met with a Toa of Fire named Krode, and Order member which he became close friends with, despite Krode's antithetical proletarian attitude. He was sad to part with his friend when Krode was assigned to Racta Magna.

Fortunately for him, he was assigned there himself only a couple of years later, to act as a stand-in leader after Turaga Trokan had died. Krode was irritated with Solorak, accusing him of being officious. Shortly, Toa Onika went up to Solorak, recounting Trokan's warning about an invasion from the Sombrak. Solorak, under the false belief that Aroxion was dead, forbade any action. This command was ignored, much to Solorak's irritation. When Makuta Bestox arrived at the city, demanding surrender and threatening the occupation of Nolybas, Solorak called his supposed bluff. This turned out to be a miscalculation which resulted in the fall of Nolybas and the death of an ally of theirs, Rugaki, something which both Onika and Krode hold him accountable for. When the Sombrak invaded the city, Solorak remained behind the gates to act as a second line of defence. As Makuta Aroxion snuck into the city, Solorak confronted the intruder, but was quickly incapacitated. When he awoke, the battle was over and the Sombrak had been defeated. Six Turaga had also emerged to replace Trokan as leaders of Racta Major, and Solorak returned back to Daxia.

Solorak is currently on Daxia, being assigned to randomn missions by the Order of Mata Nui.

An overview of the MOC. I am quite proud of this guy, he turned out just how I wanted him to be.

The back. Apart from the back of the shins, I am quite happy with the amount of covering on the back.

Comparison with Furno XL.

Battling Pyrox

This would be a comparison with Krode, because the two are partners, but Krode underwent an upgrade, and I don't quite want to show it off yet. Just bare with me. ;)

That's all, folks!

Quoting Ben Cossy Nice man :D Love that custom head and nice job with putting in those Nokama masks :D Good stuff ;)
Heh, well technically it's not custom (It's centred around a metru skull), but I didn't tell you that :P Thanks for the comment! :D

Quoting L.A. Miranda I could agree with Chronos, but since my only Steltian has the same 'problem', how could I do it? Great MOC, my dear. I never imagined a blue Steltian (or at least, with this kind of blue), and I must say I love it. I'm not very sure if I like the Rau on the legs, but the torso and head are so beautiful. I really like this guy, Wertman, great job! <3
I'm glad you like it ;)

Quoting Chronos Omega A tad too short and large-headed for a Steltian, perhaps. Nice work though. :P
Thanks, yes, the head is a tad big, maybe In an upgrade I'll make a custom one which is smaller. I wanted to make this a short MOC though because usually I make titans for like every character except toa and Matoran, but yeah.

Quoting Banjax 2077 Wow this is pretty awesome! Nomaka's mask may be an ugly one but it makes some good armor:)
Indeed it does! It's a shame that the Nokama Rau and the Dalu Rau are slightly different shades, it makes them look odd :/

Quoting Reaper the Ultimate . This is very nice. Very nice. I like the use of Nokamas mask (One of only a tiny few of which I do not know the name) for the shins. I can answer Garretts initial question I think, and that's that he probably got them from the Captain America set (or Bricklink). Sorry if I rambled a bit there, but this is a very nice MOC.
Why thank you! The mask is a Kanohi Rau, but yeah. And you're right about the Cap thing, too. Actually I prefer ramble comments, they are more interesting to read :)

Quoting Garrett A. Nice work Wert! Where did you get those things you put on the upper arms? Also, I do hate to ask, but, do you think you could possibly make my self-MOC? Even a chibi would be fine.
If your talking about the shoulder armour pieces with the chainmail and the star, then you can get them by buying this set: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?S=4597-1 (although you'd have to buy two to get one for each shoulder) And I will happily build Ciaros, as long as you don't mind him sharing a mask with Cossy ;)
