The Lord of Corius.
About this creation
The Lord of Calispan, the Sidron Capital of Corius, Gathundrel served in the War of Seeds, several centuries ago. His great service in the war brought him much respect. It was not respect alone that brought him to the throne of Corius. Gathundrel is a unique Sidron, in that he has no Alternate form, like the great J'darqui Infinatium. But unlike near every Sidron in existence, Gathundrel was born Asymmetrical. Asymmetry is revered in the Sidron culture, due to their reproductive methods.
ID: Gathundrel
Model/Make: Unidentified
Year: 15,000

The Great One, the Gathundrel. Originally, he was my brothers moc, but I rebuilt him. My brother originally wanted him to be uneven, so that's why he is uneven.

The right hand has been improved upon greatly, and much better armored.

And it has LAZORS!! (Good heavens... but it's so fun to SAY!)

His improved arm works much better to grab his Halberd, keeping it in his grip, and allowing better posing.

The left arm, I don't need to say lots. It's just cooler lookin' with more mechanicality.

His expressive ability makes me happy, and I did not change my brothers design here.

Like, watch this... Gathundrel!
Gathundrel: Yes?

Did you know I was going to make you a cool throne for the BCBS, but never got around to it?
G: Lazy boy! You will be pun-

G: Hey!
I don't really see how you can do much to me. So I''ll be taking that!

G: Phooey
O.O That's uncharacteristic.

The Halberd. Sweeeeeeeeeeet.

His back. It has a more mechanical feel, though still well armored.

You know what I really like about Bionicle? The fact that they did bro-fists before bro-fists were cool. So here is Gathundrel, bro-fisting Monger. I'll post him soon.

One-eyed races for the win! (That's Ewd, an Etherian)

Comparison with an Inika sized build. Risilet has recieved an update, I having narrowed her shoulders.

Sigil: And now for an announcement!
Gathundrel: *Cough* What are you doing/
Sigil: Beg your pardon lord Gathundrel, but I need to speak now.
*Ahem* The first subject of mine, is that the Coconut Fanatic has quite a slew of mocs to post, Monger being one of them. However, it may have come to your attention, that Terilis, the beloved self-moc of the Coconut Fanatic, has been absent from posts for a long time. He missed Terilis' birthday, and coming up, is his Moc-iversary. So, Terilis will be receiving a late birthday present, and will be posted with this present. Soon...

...Very soon.
Oh, and how could I forget, please write and review!

I am truly enjoying the expressive natures of these creations. Their uneven proportions help bring them to life. I was wondering if you were considering an on-going story with these characters? Because if you were I think a slap-stick styled comedy would be a perfect match! Keep them coming. |

Well, you mentioned a war, but that doesn't answer my question, there are thousands of wars on history... The War of Seeds could be a civil one, or with the vegetable planet. =P |

Beautiful!! I always thought that Gathundrel had potential, and you have take out it to the light! I specially love the way you used such an amount of parts, and he doesn't look bulky in any sense! I honestly can't say which part is better, or at least, which one I prefer. Arms, legs, torso/head, weapon... They are all amazing! And that new Sidron looks amazing too... My dear, I have been thinking on this such a long time, but... What do you think about an Etherian-Sidron war? I need a war for the past of Etheria and I think this would be interesting.
I did mention a war on his page... yeeeeessss...

Pretty cool like the body sculpture but I am not sure whether that big weapon fits him.
Renowned Sidron warriors possess ancient weapons from the time of Flesh.

Looks pretty nice. I like the look and the updates. Those arms are nice, but I think that torso takes the cake for me. Looking forward to the new MOCs too :) |
